Actually this location does not deserve any stars. The manager is extremely unprofessional and what some would refer as ghetto!!! I call her rude to your customers and without us you have no business without this location you would not have a job. She spoke to customers like they were some bad children I have not ever seen anything like it. I put my stuff down left the store and will not ever return.

Told me too leave because I was "panhandling"... I just spent 20 or so and was waiting outside... You need better customer service!!!

Store had good ratings so I came but it wreaked of marijuana and floor was unsanitary. The store shelves were cluttered and not organized and I would like to see improvement.

Waiting to get in for 30 minutes now when it says the store opens up at 9:00 am guess I’ll be going somewhere else only in rockford u have to deal with this

Feel free to come here and be harassed by the employees! :) They love to refuse service to people with disabilities. Thanks for letting me walk around the entire store without a mask only to harass me when I asked for help. Congrats really you earned the award. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Shopping Dollar Tree now feels like im going into a vendor booth at a local swap meet. It's very quiet inside, and all the items in boxes in the isles only makes the experience feel "crowded". The feeling definitely made me end my shop sooner, as I just didn't feel up to searching thru the clutter.

All but one staff member I've encounterd are unpleasant. Especially the manager she always has a snappy attitude, never smiles or greets the customers. I know first hand how draining retail can be but I expect to be treated better at a store I'm spending my money at. I'll continue to go to the other locations.
