10 Best grocery store in Rockford, Illinois (IL) 2024

While I feel some prices are a bit high on some things, I am impressed with their selection of meat and seafood. Fantastic looking cuts of meat and fresh. I will shop there again. I was happy with my selection and service. ~squishy

Nice friendly clean place. Just stopped in again today and with everyone scared of virus, most places are bare but not here. All employees were working at a 110% today. They even put distance markers so people don't get to close. That is GENIUS. I THINK YOU SAV A LOT. ~stephanie

Small local grocery people walk in to buy a few items items are somewhat overpriced because of the low volume at the store does wouldn't recommend it ~Robert

I'm unsure why everyone these days is in such a hurry and to make bad comments about a cashier that does the best job she can do only makes that person look like an idiot. The cashier that helped me is extremely nice and does her job isn't that what they're there for?They need more help...only 2 cashiers and cutting their hours when we need them the most doesn't help the community, it only makes them angry like the customer that made comments to the cashier that helped me today. Actually this location does not deserve any stars. The manager is extremely unprofessional and what some would refer as ghetto!!! I call her rude to your customers and without us you have no business without this location you would not have a job. She spoke to customers like they were some bad children I have not ever seen anything like it. I put my stuff down left the store and will not ever return. ~Brenda

Love this store since I was a kid. My grandma always shop from there, never got any meat from them. She got here from the Big Food trucks. Anyways , she would still be shopping there and buying the fresh meat they sale these days. Love the upgraded stores! Love the look of it. Some how it change the way people look at the store, A more upscale and classics. Perfect glad there didn't change the shipping carts the same . You have to have a quarter to use it. Lol do don't forget the quarter or no cart. Unless someone else gives you there cart for free. If you want some great food and non food then this is your place I promise you're going once and actually walk down the aisles give a chance💯😉❤️ ~Jessica

Miss Patricia is LIFE! Andy is a bit of a pill and sometimes so is his wife. Overall, priced like you would expect a neighborhood convenience store to be with a surprisingly large selection. ~Jennifer
