Nice selection of items - some which are "hard to find". Friendly staff. Easy to maneuver parking lot and access.

NEVER EVER use the self checkout! It took me 10 minutes to get it to work and this wasn't the only time I've had problems. The computer wouldn6stop telling me to remove my items from the bag and it would continue unless I did. The line for the checkout was huge so I tried self checkout even though I said never again after last visit.

Schnuck’s is the most expensive grocery store in Rockford. I only go there when I need to grab something fast. The salads and meatballs in the deli are good.

This my third and final time finding old meat package under fresh looking meat. I will not be back again. You've become as bad as 11th St.

It has everything we needed but aisles felt cramped and bathrooms were a little less clean and spacious as I would have liked.

While I feel some prices are a bit high on some things, I am impressed with their selection of meat and seafood. Fantastic looking cuts of meat and fresh. I will shop there again. I was happy with my selection and service.

While I don't normally shop here, I needed chicken since my regular place was completely out. Stopped in here real quick, bought my chicken and a pack of my husband's favorite beer and headed to the register. Cashier was as sweet as could be- so was the bagger. Saw that I worked for an animal clinic and thanked me for all I do and spoke about their pets. Thanks for making my night!

Always clean and stocked with the exception of the few occasional items. Produce department is kept up very well. Only complaint is the high prices, but it's Schnucks.

Clean, well lit. Store shelves here look as depleted as other stores here in January 2022. Picked up a few things, and was reminded why I don't shop here more often. $2 more for a pound of packaged sliced ham. 2 12pks of Coke cans for $11, which was supposedly a sale. Yikes.

Very clean store and friendly associates. The layout is easy to follow and there are a ton of sales. New carts glide real easily and are big or small enough for what you need! The parking lot is also clean and mostly free of stray carts. I've been going to this store for the past year and I'm overall very happy with my shopping experience.
