Matthew is always such a nice young man! Best pharmacist in Rockford hands down. Today, I had an issue with the young girl who works behind the counter and answers the phone. I could barely understand her over the phone because she was hardly enunciating. For whatever reason, she couldn't give me definite answers on my prescription. When I showed up in person, the pharmacist kindly apologized and gave me what I needed. I'm not gonna lie though, this isn't the first time that this has happened. Hopefully they will get a new person to answer the phone because she does not know how to answer a question .

The manager and staff are so friendly! The service I receive here is better than any other CVS I have ever gone to!

Staff always friendly and professional since I have switched from Walgreens to this pharmacy I don't regret one bit .Prescriptions always on time

I seem to be at the Pharmacy in the Cherry Valley Schnucks at least twice a week.. love the Staff and the Pharmacists both.. get RXs and Flu shots.. I would give it 10 Stars if I could!
