Matthew is always such a nice young man! Best pharmacist in Rockford hands down. Today, I had an issue with the young girl who works behind the counter and answers the phone. I could barely understand her over the phone because she was hardly enunciating. For whatever reason, she couldn't give me definite answers on my prescription. When I showed up in person, the pharmacist kindly apologized and gave me what I needed. I'm not gonna lie though, this isn't the first time that this has happened. Hopefully they will get a new person to answer the phone because she does not know how to answer a question . ~Peachy

Worst experiences with Walmart delivery service! Very rarely gets delivered on time, if at all. I paid for a year of Walmart+, so I’d like to get my money’s worth. Unfortunately, every time I place an order, there’s an issue. I’ve had drivers deliver to the wrong address, never receive my order, drivers say they delivered my order when they didn’t. They will literally snap a picture of my house and drive off with my order. I’ve received other people’s orders. Trying to call the store is a joke. They never answer the phone. The majority of employees are very rude. ~Olivia
