Always super busy, basically only self check out available now and the person that runs the self check out tends to not pay attention when people need assistance. Good luck getting in and out I asked even if you’re only grabbing one item but overall can’t really beat the prices

The online ordering and free pick-up at the store is perfect for senior citizens. I save money by sticking to my list and not being tempted to buy other products I would see when shopping in-store. The employees who deliver the groceries are friendly and use caution when putting them in the car.

Customer Service is almost non-existent. Young people wearing blue vests but offer no help in locating items. Heard from one associate ,,, "I'm only here for the money, I don't wanna have to work too!"

This Walmart won’t pick up the phone. Could’ve saved me a lot of time but ultimately took away my time. I sat on the phone for over half an hour trying to reach someone JUST to check the coinstar machine to see if it’s full before I drive out there. When someone picked up they transferred me to a department that didn’t pick up the phone. The deli picked up 2/5 times I called and they hung up the phone when I asked THEM to look.

The young lady that took my name & the guy who put the stuff in my SUV were very nice. Not getting the Sam's purified bottled water that I wanted is getting pretty bad & not being able to tell that I didn't want things substituted wasn't available

The pharmacist was very helpful. I raced to this store for pen needles to take insulin. I had one minute to spare, and he waited till I got there. That was sooo considerate, and I’ll be forever grateful!!!

This use to be a great Walmart. It use to be clean. Friendly helpful employees. Fast check out. Now it's unclean, the employees are rude and not helpful. I spend more time in check out then shopping. I have a bad experience every time til I refuse to shop there any longer. A trip to Walmart is now dreadful and horrible. I will now be shopping at Target or Meijer. I rather spend the extra money if it means I will have better service and a better shopping experience.

So far two of my online orders of Cuties/clementines end up being a refund request. They are rotting and smashed. I've received leaking grape tomatoes that are rotten, and the employee has to have known as the grape tomatoes were bagged up separately due to leaking. I can't remember if it was this specific store for the tomatoes. Another Walmart online order gave me leaking Tide detergent. I didn't request a refund, but the employees again knew it was leaking as it was bagged up. Another time my liquid dish soap was leaking. I really feel that the employees are pushed by management to get the orders done too fast or may not care. I'm guessing it's due to time constraints as one employee said they are tracked /timed. That's really unfortunate for the employees AND customers.
