Showed up an hour prior to closing and they were so rushed to get me out(very rough manicure). Didn’t offer other pedicure options, when asked about it they wanted to offer the deluxe although we were half way through the basic one. Service: Pedicures

Honestly wasn't impressed at all. The place is clean but there are no licenses in view & I am pretty sure just like Cosmotogy places must show theirs so should they. I wanted a specific type of service (old school acrylic forms) & was told no because it takes too much time for the workers as they prefer to use tips & aren't trained to use forms. The lady doing my nails barely spoke to me (did offer a beverage) just spoke a lot in her native language to her coworkers & it made both my mom & myself feel uncomfortable as we felt as though we were being talked about. We prefer a more personal experience So in saying we won't go back here. In my opinion a place should cater to the customer's wants especially for the cost if the service

My new favorite nail salon. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable. I always feel uncertain when picking or matching colors. This is the first place where I'm able to discuss with the nail tech and get great feedback. Moon makes you feel like you're a long time friend while spending extra time perfecting your nails. I always love the results. I hope everyone takes care of these ladies during this time because they deserve it.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Nail Pro! I had gotten a manicure at another salon and wasn’t very happy with it so I told one of the sweet ladies at nail pro that I wanted a complete do over at the risk of sounding high maintenance and she was very accommodating and helpful!! I also got a gel pedicure and the experience was all around relaxing and enjoyable! I got exactly what I wanted and will definitely be going back!!

Will not return. Pedicurist was rude and seemed like she was mad when i tried to explain to her what I wanted. So rude another lady finished pedicure and nails. End result paid 85.00 for something I didn't want. Customer service is everything and impatience is not a great quality when dealing with people. 👎 Hopefully her attitude improves. As for me #unhappy customer.

Fresh flowers, scented candles, decor fit for a Spa, and many willing and capable workers. I have gone to Tammy for more than 6 years, and have followed her here. This is her shop.
