5 stars minus 3 for a $hit attitude black chick voice running me off the phone by just hanging up b4 even fully answering if the Rx's I left a VM about were retrieved & SENT to my doc office. "Yeah, the pharmacist is checking the voicemails now so they gettin' it." then click... The end. I didn't ask if "they gettin' it" which implies "they gettin'" ALL the vm's. It didn't answer if they were showing the 2 specific ones for my husband that I left last night, I asked if they were showing the 2 for the specifically named person I inquired about. I did customer service for 12 years (2007 to 2019) at a local compounding pharmacy. I get it, yer swamped. Everyone in the working arena is if they're doing their dang job proper! However, the 1 time I acted sort of like that to a patient & the pharmacist owner heard me, she wrote me up & threatened my job if it happened again. That says that $hit attitudes are NO BUENO! Capiche? The remaining 2 stars are for decent pricing with Good RX & for usually fast filling once started there!

This is the worse customer service I have ever received in a pharmacy. I scheduled a Covid test and when I arrived the gentlemen with glasses (Should of gotten his name) who helped me had a really ugly attitude was extremely rude when helping me. He asked for my id and they still manage to mess up my date of birth and not check my information carefully. I then called Monday to let them know and the lady who originally answered the phone was also rude. Please treat people with kindness and change your attitude. The only person who was kind and was able to make my experience better was the pharmacist who gave me my covid shot! Thank you for being kind and patient. This location needs more of you!

Some of these guys here always have an attitude. They are rude and make you feel uncomfortable. Not once but multiple times I experienced this. I don't care if you are overwhelmed or tired, every one of us is, if I am there you have to have a positive attitude and be helping. I am always polite and understanding to people but I won't be getting my prescriptions from them anymore, doesn't worth the exposed stress really. For God's sake, man!

The person that answered my call was SO rude. She provided the pricing I needed for my dogs meds and was very short when I asked her if people have used Good RX for their pets. People calling to inquire about pricing for meds is a huge deal. It’s not like meds are cheap in the US so to try and figure out how I’m going to pay for the meds all while being assisted by a rude person was terrible.

Stood in line for 15 minutes to pick up a prescription. Was informed after 15 minutes that they would not be doing prescription pickups for another 45 minutes. This was during business hours on a Saturday at 9:00 am. All physical operating hours signs and Google listing say the pharmacy opens at 9:00.

Best pharmacy in town! They dont take forever to fill you prescriptions, and they have the best prices around. The staff care about your well being and they dont treat you like a number like Walmart and other big chain stores. If your wondering if this is the pharmacy for you, start using their services without hesitation!

My favorite grocery/pharmacy store. If you join the pharmacy rewards club then many of your prescriptions are either free or discounted.

This is the best pharmacy ever. They are so helpful! They kept after my physician for days to get the prescription right and were so very patient with me when I needed to fill a prescription early for a trip. They actually do want to answer questions when I get a new medication.
