I had a great experience! From front desk to all the way to getting my trial contact lenses. Emily was very helpful with helping decide between the two different contact lens brands I was considering. Gave me a price breakdown for both brands, went over coverage, and had a very welcoming bubbly demeanor. I will be going back to this location! A lot of negative reviewers I feel need to really cut workers some slack! Everywhere businesses are short staffed and they can only do so much, but they're trying. They're showing up. Appreciate that, having to wait a little bit longer than usual is normal given the circumstances. ~Hashir
