I do not have Verizon, but I had been searching for a screen protector for my new S22 Ultra. Literally no one had one in stock. I walked in and everyone was friendly and asked if I needed help. As you probably know, this is a rarity these days. It was a pleasant surprise. They searched quickly if they had a screen protector in stock, and came back out with one. The very nice person spent more time than someone normally would putting it on. They wanted every little bubble out and I really appreciated it. It was a great experience even though they knew I didn't even use Verizon. ~M

I'm not normally a shopper at Kohl's. I received a gift card for Christmas (yeah, Christmas.) So, I was looking to purchase an extreme bathroom scale. I found a Taylor, body composition scale on sale for $29 ($39), sign posted. Of course, I get to the register, it rings up $39. The manager did override (she was overseeing registers, so I didn't have to wait) but, why must we always have to have an override?? I do love the Taylor scale. Just watch for wrong prices on behalf of store! When products are marked down, update the register please! ~Beverly

They were fine but I only gave them 4 stars because of pricing. The items I purchased the price was good because of the discount plus another discount for using their credit card at checkout. But other pricing was high plus quality. For instance a belt with the Frye name ,which makes good leather items, 45 $ but a check revealed it wasn't leather it was recycled material. If you watch pricing you can pick up some reasonable deals. ~Bob

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for about 30 years and have had amazing service. Recently, the service has gone down hill. The hours keep getting shorter and the people who work there do not know what they’re doing. The automated system stalks me and calls constantly. It is very unorganized. Obviously the health of others is not their priority. I am so disappointed to say I am looking to switch pharmacies. And what’s worse is they don’t care. ~Dawn

2 stories and this Macy's is not one that is closing. All employees wearing masks and busy stocking. Big selection. Of course plenty of parking. Mark downs were all over the store. My friend and I both purchased from Macy's feeling we got good deal and much better selection than town we live in. ~Sandi

I want to give a solid shout out to Justin Mossberg - Thank you Justin! You are a credit to your profession, Sir. I mean that with all sincerity. When many in your industry promote an heir indifference (or, "ah, you'll keep come back to us because you want wireless service"), your commitment and professionalism stand out. Well done, Sir. As context; We've been with AT&T for over 2 decades - that would seem to matter in the ever-changing world of wireless communications. However, for the past 24 months we have been working to resolve what I would call a simple but significant AT&T Wireless billing issue! I've been through dozens of 611 calls, local store visits, and even multiple calls with the "Office of the President". For nearly two years, no one at AT&T could (would) help us resolve the issue. About a month ago, I met Justin, a relatively new manager at my local store. Justin immediately took ownership of the issue, maintained clear and effective communications regarding the status of the issue, and saw the issue to resolution today. I want to thank him personally, and hope that his work ethic and professionalism are contagious throughout the organization. -PD ~HD
