I have been a customer of this pharmacy for about 30 years and have had amazing service. Recently, the service has gone down hill. The hours keep getting shorter and the people who work there do not know what they’re doing. The automated system stalks me and calls constantly. It is very unorganized. Obviously the health of others is not their priority. I am so disappointed to say I am looking to switch pharmacies. And what’s worse is they don’t care.

It’s Sunday. They text at 5:48 saying Rx is filled. Get there at 6:01, drive thru light is still on. They see me sitting there. Walk over, put up a sign that says the pharmacy is closed and turn the light off. Thanks—3 year old has a double ear infection and needs this Rx. Called the K&N store and they apologized, cancelled the previous fill and filled it at their store—very apologetic. Will not be back to the Mexico Mid rivers store.

Your not listened to. It's your medicine you know what you need. They are not trying to accommodate you so that you can receive the covid vaccine. Your not done speaking before the pharmacy people rudely hang up on you should you call. Customer service does not exist at this location. Even at checkout they refuse to let you get your Walgreens card out. They beg you for a phone number rather than back off and let you slide your Walgreens card. They yell at you noone use the card anymore well I do. A professional manager is needed to train and teach the people on location to deal with the public. They will lose tons of customers if things continue to be unprofessional.

Had to wait 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment time to get my vaccine and the staff wasn't helping customers waiting in line.

Pretty bad experience with the associate handling the Photo print section. Urgently needed six copies of passport size photos. The associate took photo and made print-outs and strangely when about to hand over invoked some rule citing Walgreens not allowing issuance of more than new passport size photos per customer though I was ready to pay. I then had to drive by to Wentzville based Walgreens and they had no problem issuing how many ever copies asked for. Had lodged a complaint with Walgreens customer support but haven’t heard back yet…posting the video of the store associate at this branch going on record to state that he cannot issue more than two passport size photos.

Pharmacy was ridiculously slow. And even after I called to check to make sure the perscription was ready (they confirmed it was) it still wasn't. This is the same scenario everytime I get my family's perscriptions.

I would like to thank Al store associate at your store for redoing my thank you cards I ordered online. He went above and beyond to make sure the cards were printed and folded nicely in a matter of less then 30 minutes. He recognized the original copies did not turn out right and therefore he redid the order. Thank you again Al!!

Sharon in the beauty department was incredibly helpful. She was so nice and went out of her way to help me in photo and to sign up for more awards. I will go back to this location just to see her.

Nice people but always a long line at the front registers. I just waited 10 minutes in line because some dumb smoker just had to have his cigarettes. Much quicker checkout at the cvs across the street.
