Feels a little cramped. The Amazon returns area was decidedly not social distancing friendly. The front checkouts were pretty good though.

Spent over $150 to find out that Kohls cash is no longer being given. Wuality of the merchandise is not the same quality.. No wonder the store is in financial trouble. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

The way they compute the cash back dollars and rewards dollars is meant to screw the customer. You must have brilliant numbers people stay up all night figuring out new ways to screw your customers.

Just a compliment to your custodian. He took the time to explain the vacuum he was using to my 3yo son. It was brief but made my son's day. He made our experience there pleasant on a miserable weather day. Now when we drive by the store my son perks up and says he wants to stop and see John. Thanks Kohls you've earned our loyalty

**update 3-14-2022*** Brianna, the cashier, was great help; friendly, courteous, and kept her cool when my transaction didn't go smoothly. She's a very professional young lady. Giant thumbs up to Brianna! Great help at the Amazon drop off desk. Wait time at check out was minimal. Staff was friendly and courteous. Covid precautions seemed to be in place.

I love shopping at Kohl's. They carry my favorite labels in women's clothing at great prices. Their own brand is very good quality and a very good value. Staff is always friendly and helpful as well, no matter how busy they are.

I'm not normally a shopper at Kohl's. I received a gift card for Christmas (yeah, Christmas.) So, I was looking to purchase an extreme bathroom scale. I found a Taylor, body composition scale on sale for $29 ($39), sign posted. Of course, I get to the register, it rings up $39. The manager did override (she was overseeing registers, so I didn't have to wait) but, why must we always have to have an override?? I do love the Taylor scale. Just watch for wrong prices on behalf of store! When products are marked down, update the register please!
