The store manager at this location will lie to you about your options, wont listen to your needs and will make un authorized changes to your account. Contacted VZW support multiple times to straiten it out. Asked multiple times for a call back from a manager/supervisor even from account retention that I never received Update: The follow up email they asked for bellow was even further waste of my time. The responder clearly didn't read it in advance of calling me or pull up any info about my visit. Save yourself the trouble of going through all this just to hear an unsympathetic sorry.

I do not have Verizon, but I had been searching for a screen protector for my new S22 Ultra. Literally no one had one in stock. I walked in and everyone was friendly and asked if I needed help. As you probably know, this is a rarity these days. It was a pleasant surprise. They searched quickly if they had a screen protector in stock, and came back out with one. The very nice person spent more time than someone normally would putting it on. They wanted every little bubble out and I really appreciated it. It was a great experience even though they knew I didn't even use Verizon.

This review is specifically for the stupendous customer service I received from Deharra (sp?) in October 2021. I was in town visiting a friend when my phone broke. Deharra was extremely helpful and patient with me as she assisted me to find the right phone to match my preferences. She took the time to make sure I understood what I was paying for and did her best to give me a deal that was conscious of my budget. Her customer service was so personalized that she let me know when her next shift was before I returned home on the weekend so I could come in if I had any questions. I did and she helped me immediately. Days later, I received a call from her following up to make sure everything was going well with my phone. I have never had such impeccable customer service and this Verizon location is extremely lucky to have Deharra on their team.

First of all, it is very disappointing that you cannot actually call the store. It transfers to the main 800 customer service number. I imagine all the stores do this. I was told by the rep that it would be best for me to make an appointment and go to the store. Not a solution to my issue. The reason I called them was to vent about their up-selling of a very expensive screen protector under the premise that it has a lifetime free replacement warranty. What they don't tell you is that you have to pay $12.00 shipping for each replacement. The one they sold me was made by PureGear and are no better than what you can get on Amazon for around $12.00 for a 3 pack. I'm not going to go into the warranty process, but in a nutshell it was far from hassle free. They wanted me to RETURN my product first. Verizon needs to either not up-sell, or completely inform the customer what they are getting into. I would never in my right mind pay $40 for a small piece of plastic otherwise. I assumed at that price it would be some type of tempered glass. I assumed wrong.

Id experience great customer service with Jeff. Jeff, a very professional employee, patient, and will do whatever it takes to win over customer service. Jeff, active listener to customer requests, and comes up with more than one problem solutions that in given to the guests.

Went in to upgrade my cell phone that I recently broke (Cracked really bad but worked as it should) I owed 316$ no big deal. Picked out a New phone wasn't in stock got talked into the new Note didn't pick a color didn't get a description no comparison to the phone I wanted and the note not a big deal I'm the one in need of a phone(The guy who helped me gave me the impression of getting me in and out). Paid off the 316$ on my old phone was about to setup the new Note until I was told it would be an extra 234$ understandable. I didn't want to pay the 234$ and didn't want to charge the account told them I would be back in a few days and that I might just file an insurance claim and get it fixed asked for my money back (316$). I was told they couldn't give me a refund as I had the exact change and receipt in my hand after paying the old phone off not even 10 minutes prior. I WAS a Verizon customer for 10+ years had nothing bad untill this experience. The only reason I leave one star is because I have to and you made me seek out another provider with your service. At&t had the phone I wanted in stock told me all about it helped me set it up without hesitation and bought my old phone when I was told from Verizon that they wouldn't buy it or give store credit. I do not recommend Verizon this store or there customer service.

Stopped in last week to upgrade phones on two lines. Sales guy was super nice and helpful but the phones were not in stock. According to tracking number both phones arrived on Monday and it’s now Wednesday with no phone call. I called to check status and spoke with Michael. He had an attitude and was super rude. Apparently only one of my phones arrived. More like they sold it to someone else and now I have to wait. When I asked when my sales guy was working next he said no clue and hung up. Great customer service Michael. I think I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Bought two phones here. I purchased an Apple 11 and accessories for my wife. They gave me the wrong phone, an Apple SE She was fine with the SE when I got home with it, but they wouldn't return or exchange the accessories for the 11 we had purchased because we were past the 14 day return time. So I'm out forty bucks on a phone case because they screwed up and gave me the wrong phone. Terrible customer service. Reaching out to corporate..hopefully they make things right.

I'm a little upset that I just spent $450 and I get to go home and activate my own phone!!!! That I was forced to purchase some protection package that cost an extra $250 (per phone)!! Like the phone doesn't cost enough?!?! Now I'm being forced to put a case on it that they provide?!?! WOW!! Needed a new phone but seriously!! My son just got a new phone in Texas & they activated his in the store- not Missouri store by mid rivers mall!! No, no, not them! Thanks so much Verizon!!

As a 20 year customer I have been to many stores and had many experiences. I have to say everyone at this store is so nice and super helpful, especially Jonathan. He helped me decide on my upgrade and I’m so happy with it!!! He even went above and beyond to make sure my phone was all set up including putting my new screen protector and case on my phone! I love all my purchases and I will for sure be back next time I need something! ❤️ Verizon!!
