Had a pick up scheduled by my insurance company. Called enterprise to confirm. They assured me that they would have the car available. I insisted that I had a very tight schedule due to work obligations. I’m still sitting and waiting for more than 2 hours. They will not answer the phone. Extremely disappointed in their service.

My insurance USAA set up my rental due to my vehicle having to be put in the shop for repairs. When I first got my rental, it was much smaller than I needed. I thought my car would be repaired in a couple days. I went back today and received excellent customer service and a nice Suv due to my rental being extended because of lengthy repairs to my vehicle.

Customer Service was awesome! My rental could've used a wipe down prior to rental though. With covid I had concerns of the finger and hand prints and wiped with the disinfectant wipes provided. Car had low mileage and drove well. Overall price was competitive. I'll definitely return! Thanks yall.

Horrible experience! We reserved a 15 passenger van and 2 days before we were scheduled to leave we received a call stating that the vehicle was not available and we had to settle for a 12 passenger. Then the inside was so filthy. Chewed gum was stuck on the window chocolate candies and chips were on the seat along with dog hair and etc. The van was on empty as well. To make matters worse 30 mins into driving the Tire pressure sensor comes on and now we have to wait several hours and hope that we can trade it in for another vehicle. The worst experience ever with a rental company.

Update x2: I guess the 3rd time is the charm. The one I just swapped this time has no odor at all which is better than any and it is clean. Original post. 》》》》 Although the service is good and the people are friendly and helpful. This is "was" the worst rental i've ever had. The first car had a foul odor to it. The second one isn't much better. The lady says they all smell this way which I know isn't the case because I have rented here before. The seats on both cars are stained which I know would come out with very little effort. I don't know if these cars are about to go away or what but their upkeep is extremely lacking. This is the first time in my life I haven't been impressed by a rental car.
