Don’t use this place! You’ll be better off driving to the airport. We were given a car that smells like urine, and then told that the smell is the cleaner used on the car. Not so. The car was not clean. We have pictures. On top of that, the customer service department at budget is no help. The assistant refused to give her name, then threatened to charge us for an extra day, all because the location closes at 12:00pm. We rented a 24-hour rental and we’re being told that we have to pay for another day when we arrived as promised at when picking up the car. Not acceptable at all. Don’t use these folks. Go straight to the airport and save yourself some headache. Went to Budget at BNA where the entire staff was far more kind and helpful, and Frank and Jeff were understanding and happy to help.

The investment company, the board, and all management to the assistant level need to quit and just scrub themselves out of existence. They have a line 40 people deep with reservations and Budget runs out of cars. Budget is not trustworthy, in anyway. Commies

Wish I could give the zero stars!! I had my reservation confirmation but they called the next day and told me " The airport to all of our cars" Didn't try to help me find another vehicle or offer any help!

Wish I could do no stars... Reserved a rental 3 hours ahead of time. Was literally 2 minutes from arriving and they wanna call me saying they have nothing for me. I drove 35 minutes for nothing which knocked me out of other rental places because what time it was. Severely disappointed

We were on a trip to Nashville when our transmission went out. We dropped the car off at the Chevrolet dealership and then after calling around, I chose Budget because their rates were better than the two other companies within a 5 mile radius of the dealership. We were helped by a sweet young lady named Milan who went over and above for us, she was fantastic! I had to call and extend the rental three times because the repairs were taking longer than expected and each time she was so gracious and understanding. Finding this rental company while dealing with the adversity of a breakdown was just one of the blessings we experienced along our journey. If you rent from this branch, I can assure you you won’t be disappointed, Milan wouldn’t let that happen!

If you could give negative stars they would be minus 10 at minimum. The saying is "you get what you pay for" and this holds true. DO NOT RELY ON GETTING YOUR RENTAL, do not assume because you made a reservation that you will actually have a vehicle waiting for you. I reserved ahead of time for a Sunday pick up for business travel and I wake up SUNDAY MORNING to a text message that they couldn't get a vehicle to my pick up location so i should call for the next closest place!!! Are you not a car rental business???? I have a job to do, and that job is NOT to be driving all over creation to find the nearest rental because of your incompetency!! I was fine that you do not have pick up or drop off services, after all, I was getting a great price. But who cares how much it is if there is NO CAR TO RENT!!! free wouldnt even do any good! Absolutely worst customer service ever! I rent on a regular basis for work when travel is open and so do the rest of our company employees all over the United States. I will make sure to get the word out on what a horrible choice this company is and a disgrace to the rental business. I dont have to spell it out what you can do with your vehicle, wherever it may be.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! We dropped the truck off at our contract drop off date and no one was there. A sign on the door said “washing cars please call…(cell number). When we called it went straight to the Budget 800 number where no one ever answers. We locked the truck, put the keys in a drop box and left. Then 3 days later they charged me a $400 late fee! I called the dealer’s number…always went straight to the 800 number. I was in hold with the 800 number for over an hour on 3 separate calls. Never talked to anyone. Completed and email request. Finally got someone to email me back saying they were going to talk with the dealer then NEVER got back to me. $400 stolen from me and nothing I can do about it. PLEASE go to Uhaul.

What a great experience with Rodney in Hendersonville tnn Budget! We stopped in on our trip south from Livonia Michigan to Mississippi because the vehicle we received in Michigan was way too large and didn't hold the road. It was a Toyota Four Runner that seemed to bounce all over the place (normal i guess for this vehicle). Rodney was super friendly, efficient, helpful, and made sure to get us on our way quickly. Great job, Rodney! Thank you so much!!

Super upset! We booked a convertible to be picked up today at 12. They call us 3 hours before to say they don’t have a convertible but they can put us in a Camry. Usually id take it and move on but it’s our WEDDING weekend. I don’t know what the hell we would have done if we would have made the pick up date for the day of the wedding. Now we have extra stress to deal with. I think it is super unprofessional to wait to call 3 HOURS BEFORE to let us know. They could have looked in the system days before and seen they would have one and let us know or at least 24 hours before. And yes I understand there is a vehicle shortage because of covid but that is even more reason they should have given more notice.

ZERO integrity!!!!! Greedy, selfish money-sucking company that WILL and HAS put making money deceitfully above safety and integrity. If there was a below "0" this place and this company would get it. I was 34 weeks pregnant and the car had to be returned on the morning of a Code Red state of emergency blizzard that hit Tennessee. All Officials ordering people to stay in your homes and not to drive on the roads. Budget was closed and ALL its employees were encouraged to stay home due to how dangerous the weather and roads were. I called corporate and was told I would have to pay the $50 rental fee per day and $30 extension fee per day if I did not get the car there in spite of the weather. So I tried and I got trapped in the weather. My roadside assistance couldn't get to me for 28 hours!!! I was 34 weeks pregnant!!!!! I called repetitively and no one was at the office!!!!! for days, no one was at the office because of how dangerous the weather was but their customers had to find a way there?!?!?!?! Finally the weather subsided and we were able to return the car the following day, again still dangerous and the employees were not even there!!!! I was still $50 charged for not being able to return the car. I cannot believe this company!!! I spoke to the manager, he was incredibly rude, hypocritical and heartless. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by only charging me $50 and then started ranting about how he is powerful with Budget he makes the decisions and what he says goes. This company has ZERO integrity. Very disappointed. Will Never use this company again.
