Harvey and staff are phenomenal!!!! Very professional and friendly! Milllington and Covington Pike are grossly lacking, especially Millington! This location has redeemed Enterprise for me and my family. Car was clean and the culture here is amazing! Best rental experience EVER!!!! To ensure I got on the road in a timely manner after being tossed to the side by Covington Pike's location...Harvey, himself cleaned this SUV. It is NOT his job to do this but he did it because Customer Service and Excellence is just a part of his professional DNA. His entire team is EXTREMELY RARE AND TOTALLY AWESOME! THANK YOU ALL!!! Rent here and leave the nightmares and horrific experiences behind! Corporate offices....You need to do whatever it takes to maintain these professionals at this level of unheard of EXCELLENCE!

When I went to pick up the vehicle there were 3 individuals in the office, The young man quickly jumped over the young ladies & began to assist. When asked questions about the rental due to its an insurance rental I had to give more information but when it came to my telephone# , the telephone # in the system was incorrect when he called out the , in informed him that that was incorrect & I gave him the correct telephone number. He then put my license on the counter which I gave it to him in his hand. Totally disrespectful.... if a customer or anyone give you something in your hand do give it back as you were given...But to say this he seemed so unconcerned about the rental or any enthusiastic about the rental period!!! I locked the keys in the car & when I called Enterprise Customer Service they didn't have my correct TELEPHONE NUMBER in the system. The roadside service was unable to get in contact with me due the negligence of the Representative DID NOT enter my correct information correctly. I called Enterprise back again to see what was taken so long and I didn't get an update from the roadside service. When o called back the gentleman informed me that they had the wrong number in the system. When he changed it I immediately received an update about the service. I stood outside the car for 45 minutes to an hour before the roadside service guy arrived. When he arrived he informed me that he had been trying to get in contact with me for over 30 minutes, but he had the wrong number, the number that was in the system. I am totally mortified by the inconsistency of the young man's I don't care attitude..I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone. Please assist your customers with respect & most importanty get the correct information..THIS IS CALLED POOR CUSTOMER ON EVERY LEVEL..

I cancelled my reservation from the Lakeland Enterprise because they said they would have a car available a day earlier. I get there and they told me that the person that switched the reservation over didn't say what day I was coming, so they didn't have any cars. I'm 51 years old and almost 6feet y'all, and they gave me a Jeep Wrangler to climb up in. The guy said that he did in there with no problem so I shouldn't have a problem getting in. I've scratched up my foot and hurt my knee climbing up in that has guzzling thing. I'm not happy.

We had reserved a van in April for our beach trip in October. I had called a week prior to confirm our reservation and they did. We show up on the day we were leaving and were told they had no record of our reservation! After showing them my confirmation on my phone, they said it was all good. The gentleman went to the back of the building while we waited at least 15 minutes. He brought up a van and it was dirty inside. Cheetos bag and chips broken up everywhere and coke splattered on the seats, crayon markings on the inside back seats. I cleaned up quickly as good as I could, and we got on the rode. My husband respectfully complained when we returned the van, after he cleaned it immaculately. They apologized and took one rental day off our bill.

The people working at the Enterprise office were friendly but poorly trained on customer service orientation. I made a reservation for an ordinary car on Monday to be picked up on Thursday, when my car was scheduled for maintenance. Enterprise came and got me at the Service Dept. of the dealer, located conveniently nearby Enterprise. And they didn't have an ordinary car to give me. They only had some huge pickup trucks. I had appointments to get to at places with small parking places and I didn't want to be trying to fit a full sized pickup truck. I asked if another location might have a car - any car. All I wanted was an ordinary car, compact, standard, intermediate - anything. The folks in the office gave me the telephone numbers to I, the customer, had to call around and try to locate a car to fulfill my reservation. The third location I called said they might have a car for me. I could not believe that the Enterprise office where I made the reservation had no vehicles to fulfill my reservation. The company accepted the reservation, but didn't reserve a vehicle. I couldn't believe the people at the Enterprise office had no way to contact other locations to try to fulfill the reservation I had made in advance, leaving me to stand out on the sidewalk outside (they had a mask policy so I couldn't stay inside the office without a mask; mine was left in my car in service. So I stood outside in the heat and called around to other locations and the third location I found thought they could find me one. I took the pickup truck offered at the first location and drove it to the other location, then started the rental process over again. Fortunately they had my info in the system. Enterprise has always given me excellent service in the past, but this experience was so bad that I don't know if I'll ever use them again.

I have dealt with a lot of car rental agencies over my years and I have never found one that was as customer focused as this Enterprise location ( 7615 US Hwy 64, Bartlett, Tn. 38133-3905). It started from the moment I arrived at the repair shop. A truck was already waiting for me. Shortly thereafter, a young female Enterprise representative arrived with the keys and a tablet. A few questions, some electronic signatures and I was all set. Due to backlogs at the repair shop, I had to extend my lease twice. Again, no problem; they cheerfully handled it! I couldn't ask for a better customer experience! Glenn Chambers

We had a reservation at the location near our home and then I found out there was an Enterprise right next door to the Desoto Collision Center where my husband had an appointment to get his truck repaired. I called on 4/23/21 @ 12:25 pm to change the reservation we had on 4/28/21 to that location. I was transferred directly to that store and I spoke to a very friendly man named Ryan. I told him what I wanted to do and he told me all we had to do was walk next door after we finish dropping my husband’s truck off and they would transfer the reservation to their store at that time. I asked him what kind of vehicle will he be able to get for the price our AAA insurance covers because he is a very tall man with back problems and wouldn’t do well getting in and out of a small car. He said we could get a truck or suv no problem. I thanked him and told him we would see him on the 28th. On the 28th at 11:15 am, my husband went in to this Enterprise while I stayed in the car. A few minutes later he came out and said we were at the wrong location. He said he explained everything to the lady but she was firm. I had notes from my phone calls that day so I went in prepared to provide details and clear up the misunderstanding. She said that Ryan was employed there but he is new. She said the information he told me was incorrect. She said that they have prices for different insurance companies and for example, they charge Geico $40 a day for trucks and SUV’s but they charge AAA insurance a higher price so apparently Ryan didn’t understand that. I asked if she was the manager and she said yes. I asked her if she had a truck or suv available and as the manager, surely she would be able to honor what we were told by one of her employees. Her reply was that she could give us a truck or SUV only if we paid the difference. (Really? Geico customers get an upgraded vehicle for the same price as a standard car for AAA customers? I thought AAA was supposed to get you discounts.) We said no thank you. We’ll go somewhere else. She didn’t apologize nor show any compassion for our situation and expectations based on what we were told. She had no customer service skills and quite frankly, I am disappointed in Enterprise for employing a manager like Brittney Severs, who is lacking customer service and interpersonal communication skills. I strongly suggest employees be properly trained according to the positions they hold. Ryan was very friendly and offered excellent customer service but obviously had not been properly trained. Was it Brittney’s responsibility to train him in order to be able to answer customers’ questions? This is the worst experience I’ve had at any Enterprise nationwide and I have been a long time loyal customer, especially during my business travel days. I do NOT recommend this location and if I do not get a response from the corporate office, I will never use nor ever recommend Enterprise ever again.

So... If you don't buy THEIR rental insurance, even though you have quality auto insurance that covers cars, they can scam you with damages that neither you or the rental car facility didn't see. We returned a car that this facility found. Here's the real kicker... It was raining at the time of the rental. The rental agent and I walked around the car quickly because of the rain. The agent didn't find any damages to the car at that time so the rental agreement shows there was no damages at the time of rental. So tell me... How would you notice this tiny scratch on the rear fender from what looks like a car door scratching it? After having the car in the garage, we noticed several dings and dents on the car that there would have been no way to see in the rain.

I went to the location on US Hwy 64 and got the best service you could ask for! Harvey Word their manager was awesome! I was having a rough day with my car being in the shop he offered me my dream sports car for a small upgrade and changed my whole mood! Now I’m in the process of buying one after he told me they sell cars too! I highly recommend Enterprise over any other company ! Customer service means everything to me and they definitely have it!
