Harvey and staff are phenomenal!!!! Very professional and friendly! Milllington and Covington Pike are grossly lacking, especially Millington! This location has redeemed Enterprise for me and my family. Car was clean and the culture here is amazing! Best rental experience EVER!!!! To ensure I got on the road in a timely manner after being tossed to the side by Covington Pike's location...Harvey, himself cleaned this SUV. It is NOT his job to do this but he did it because Customer Service and Excellence is just a part of his professional DNA. His entire team is EXTREMELY RARE AND TOTALLY AWESOME! THANK YOU ALL!!! Rent here and leave the nightmares and horrific experiences behind! Corporate offices....You need to do whatever it takes to maintain these professionals at this level of unheard of EXCELLENCE! ~Bree
