Very nice greeting from the gentlemen taking care of customers. Fast and Easy checkout The rental however hadn't been cleaned and sanitized like the paper claimed on the mirror. Dog hair in the back crumbs in the back, and in cup holder and the windshield smudgy with a film of sometype all over driver side half of it. But hey its getting me where I need to go.

Well let’s just start at they dropped a truck off at the dealership I was at with my car repair…. They did not ask what type of vehicle and sent me a truck. No worries however once I got into the truck pulled out realized tire pressure only had 13 psi instantly took it to the tire store. Had a nail. HOT THAT FIXED ON MY TIME AND DIME. Bed-liner is coming out in interstate broken window and now tags expires after getting pulled over from December 2021. This place is a total JOKE.

Do not go here. I recommend going to oak ridge or Knoxville anywhere but here. I’ve had a horrible experience with this Enterprise. The manager is not professional and lacks customer service. He does not listen or care what the customer says. He was so rude and hung up in my face two times.

Young lady that came out picked me up at H&H BODY SHOP she was very helpful and did a great job. I've rented a few times here at ENTERPRISE had a great experience with them. The Young lady did a great job ,very friendly can't remember her name but she very sweet & nice, Thanks Ken Freeman

Our car broke down at 4:30 pm on our way to Gatlinburg. We immediately called a tow truck, but they were about an hour out. Since we didn't want to be stuck on the side of 75 with our 7 year old we reached out to Tyler at Enterprise. He was about to send someone to pick us up within 15 minutes. We were able to get into a rental for the weekend. Tyler and his team were so great and weren't upset that we were stumbling in around the time they were supposed to head home. I am so grateful for their helpfulness. It really helped relieve our stress. Highly suggest this location.

Our car broke down in the middle of a road trip and there was no taxi, Uber, or any form of transport in this town. Much less only 2 repair shops, only one open. They refused to lease a car to us because we were "Out of state" and unless we had a MAJOR credit card company. They wouldn't even let us pay cash or place a significant monetary hold just so we could get a car in order to sort things out. Our family was stranded two rinky-dink towns apart and no matter how much we tried to work with them to rent a car, had family rent it for us, offered them more money, they wouldn't. They were also extremely rude about it and towards us. They have lost my business and our family and friends'. If anyone else is in this situation I suggest Budget car rental. There were NO issues with Budget and we're helpful and friendly.

Supposed to meet me with car at designated location. I was asked to call them again when I got there. I did. The time was changed when I called to 15 minutes later and I had to go back to Enterprise station to get my car. They knew about my rental need for 4 days, but on morning of, they had to go get car for me to use. Luckily I wasn't meeting a plane that was taking off. They were very unprepared and they shouldn't have been. I do like my car though. Oh, one other thing, I think it should be standard to show people about gas, wipers, lights, driver's seat. I had to ask to be shown. It wasn't volunteered

Don’t recommend this location. Because on June 23, 2020. Someone was supposed to pick up my son from caliber collision on Callahan at 4:30 and no one showed up to get him. I called earlier to verify the pick up and they said they would be there. And the collision place even called to but no one answered for them.
