Best car rental agency in Hendersonville, Tennessee (TN) 2025

Don’t use this place! You’ll be better off driving to the airport. We were given a car that smells like urine, and then told that the smell is the cleaner used on the car. Not so. The car was not clean. We have pictures. On top of that, the customer service department at budget is no help. The assistant refused to give her name, then threatened to charge us for an extra day, all because the location closes at 12:00pm. We rented a 24-hour rental and we’re being told that we have to pay for another day when we arrived as promised at when picking up the car. Not acceptable at all. Don’t use these folks. Go straight to the airport and save yourself some headache. Went to Budget at BNA where the entire staff was far more kind and helpful, and Frank and Jeff were understanding and happy to help. ~Jason
