I want to give a solid shout out to Justin Mossberg - Thank you Justin! You are a credit to your profession, Sir. I mean that with all sincerity. When many in your industry promote an heir indifference (or, "ah, you'll keep come back to us because you want wireless service"), your commitment and professionalism stand out. Well done, Sir. As context; We've been with AT&T for over 2 decades - that would seem to matter in the ever-changing world of wireless communications. However, for the past 24 months we have been working to resolve what I would call a simple but significant AT&T Wireless billing issue! I've been through dozens of 611 calls, local store visits, and even multiple calls with the "Office of the President". For nearly two years, no one at AT&T could (would) help us resolve the issue. About a month ago, I met Justin, a relatively new manager at my local store. Justin immediately took ownership of the issue, maintained clear and effective communications regarding the status of the issue, and saw the issue to resolution today. I want to thank him personally, and hope that his work ethic and professionalism are contagious throughout the organization. -PD

Christy helped me with all the issues I had. I failed to get help online and over the phone. I should have gone by the store first. Promote Christy or at least give her more money, customer service is always appreciated!

As always the fine team at the At&t store on midrivers mall drive provided great customer service and helped me with the purchase of a new phone. Christy did a tremendous job in assisting with the purchase and in helping set up the new phone. I would highly recommend this location.

Awful customer service. My phone stopped working after ATT turned off 3g service last week. I have a Samsung S8 which is a 4g, and even 5g capable phone. Went into ATT for help and the sales woman told me my phone was no good anymore and needed to be replaced. Of course I also have to upgrade my phone plan to get the "free phone” special deal. Would have cost me $800 more over the course of 3 years. Took the phone home, pulled the sim card out (was trying it another phone I have at home), and after a couple days just tried inserting it again, and magically it now works. No new phone needed. No upgrade needed. I had read online that if you pull the sim for like 5 minutes, it will reset it or something. Sales person had no clue what she is talking about and ATT is just all about padding their phone charges. I am switching to Spectrum after 20 years plus on ATT. I am tired of the poor service mentality. This was the ATT store on Mid Rivers Drive. Sales person was a young girl who obviously does not know what she is doing. To her credit, she did ask for help, but evidently her supervisor did not know much more or he would have straightened her out to begin with. Certainly do not recommend this store for service.

The employees here have been SO incredibly helpful. We had unintentionally visited a nearby phone store that was not a corporate AT&T store and were manipulated into making several big changes to our family plan. It was a mess, but the kind and knowledgeable people at this AT&T store fixed everything for us. They were patient and helped us get the phone we wanted without all the extra costs. I highly recommend working with the corporate AT&T store rather than the licensed dealers.
