We are shopping for a new mattress and Alex in the furniture department was so helpful. He answered our many questions and really helped us better understand the differences in the mattresses. Alex is the best!! Paula, the store manager is absolutely wonderful. She was so kind in helping us with some questions we had. She truly reflects the high standards and values of Macys. She is an awesome person and an awesome manager!

Always clean and nice clothing. We were looking for a modest dress for my daughter and found one here. I also found a dress to get for myself! I will definitely shop here again.

Quiet as "appears" short on employees. We checked out a comforter @ kids clothing counter. Prices much higher too as comforter in a bag was 60% off yet over $200 after taxes.😳

Doesn't have a big selection for Women's clothes. Very limited especially on women's jeans. One dressing room was open, which caused back ups. Met a saleswoman, named Melissa she worked in formal dress wear. Super nice, and very helpful. She has a great personality and wasn't pushy to make a sale. So if you are looking for an evening dress or for a wedding, ask for Melissa. She's the best!!!!!

2 stories and this Macy's is not one that is closing. All employees wearing masks and busy stocking. Big selection. Of course plenty of parking. Mark downs were all over the store. My friend and I both purchased from Macy's feeling we got good deal and much better selection than town we live in.

Paula and Katie where amazing!!! It was 30 minutes to close and it was the best customer service ever! I feel like god sent me angels. My mom has dementia and I was having a ruff time finding a coat last minute and as I write this I know God sent them. Please get more like them!
