We were here for swimsuits. Since all the suits were so mixed together, the signs did not reflect the prices that we actually had to pay. Very disappointing.

This is an average JCP located inside a small mall but it has some great charm. I prefer to go to this one as it is close to my work, it is not busy and they have super good deals. I can always find a gem tucked away. I have never had any issues with a return and the employees are helpful and if they can't answer a question they don't hesitate to find someone who can. Good customer service!

Found two new sundresses here for a fantastic price! Will definitely shop here first, in the future, for special occasion outfits. Clean environment and friendly staff.

We had a family outing at the Mall and my youngest needed a change of clothes so we came to JCPenney and found amazing deals!! Loved the environment and the staff was very professional and friendly.

They were fine but I only gave them 4 stars because of pricing. The items I purchased the price was good because of the discount plus another discount for using their credit card at checkout. But other pricing was high plus quality. For instance a belt with the Frye name ,which makes good leather items, 45 $ but a check revealed it wasn't leather it was recycled material. If you watch pricing you can pick up some reasonable deals.

They need to have someone dust mop the fitting rooms. They are really dirty with dust bunnies all over the place. Their shopping carts are awful. I tried 6 carts before I found one that would roll, and it pulled to the right.

They had what I needed. The cashier that handled my exchange was super friendly and accommodating. The store however is under a lot of disarray. It made shopping very frustrating because many of the displays were unkempt and cluttered.

This JCPenney's in the mid Rivers Mall in St Peters was by far the nicest pennies I've ever been to. The clothes were so much better and the selection was so much better than anything in the city or the close suburbs. What's more, the prices were similar or even less than I previously seen! I can't say it of good things about this store and that mall.

Solid store for a reasonable selection of clothes for men especially if your a bigger guy. Champion line is covered up to 3XL in store. Shoe choice not so much. Staff is helpful and filling out credit app for card was easy.

Wow! Total disarray. Looks like the dollar store, not a respectable store that has been in operation for 119 years. I'll predict that they follow Sears within the next 5 years..unless they take on the dollar store business model.
