I’ve never had an issue with this store or pharmacy. Everyone’s always super nice and helpful. I don’t know where all these 1 star reviews are coming from but it seems to always be entitled individuals with the lack of patience who rate this store low. This Walgreens is great

The worst Walgreens. They do not have the prescriptions because they do not have them in inventory and then they delay them every month. Today I urgently need some medications and my husband has been waiting for more than an hour because they said a few minutes and still nothing and with COVID and pneumonia. O % Recommended

I was just trying to get over the counter covid tests to test the family prior to thanksgiving. There is a limit of how many tests you can purchase due to shortages. While I was trying to understand their parameters of there restrictions on the number I could purchase the woman behind the counter totally barked at me for no reason!!!!! I was just asking a simple question. This store is awful, definitely not my first negative encounter there!!!!!

I had a product from Sweetwater shipping to this Walgreen. The item was delivered there on 12/1 by FedEx but no one scanned itin. So I waited for a few days to and finally called in. The guy on the phone was shouting instead of talking. After taken my name, he went to look and could't find the item. I came back the next morning. Another shouting employee was at the counter. She asked for my name while walking away from me, why?, so I had to weirdly shouted out my name to her. She did find the item but only brought it half way out instead of all the way. This place seems to have a few frustrated and confused employees who like to shout instead of talk, and don't know what they are doing.

It's October 30th(saturday) at 8pm. This Walgreens location is shut down to to "short staff. Walgreens is a billion dollar company that posted profits in the millions last fiscal quarter. How about they spend some of that money and pay/staff their business appropriately?

I had a great experience yesterday at this location! My brand new gift card was not scanning at any of the registers at all. I purchased it from another Walgreens as a gift for my aunt and she asked me to pick up a few items with it. The gentleman Ed was phenomenal! Not only did he try, persistently to get the card to work but he also called the number listed on the card and spoke to a representative. They were able to discuss transferring the balance ( 25.00) to another card. This was also a challenge because several of the other gift cards would not swipe properly when attempting to transfer my balance. Finally we tried the other register, again, to apply the balance into a new card and it worked. Ed was extremely courteous and patient. Even when some of the employees arrived late to work and he had to jump on the register until they arrived—he was very kind to me; This was true customer service!

The pharmacy should stagger lunch breaks so there is always coverage so when people go out of their way to pick up their RX there should not be a half hour wait! They already have very limited hours in comparison to other pharmacies.

The pharmacy is really fabulous. I have been trying to get a booster injection that I need from my regular pharmacy for the past 3 months and I had only one more month to go before time runs out. My regular pharmacy kept putting me off, and never mentioned that other Walgreens are open for injections. I was able to get a next day appointment. Very caring, careful, and helpful. Great place.

Wow still in the parking lot i normally go to target but i was sent here by my sons doctor to receive a special on a prescription they offer. The service was awful the people at the front counter were nice but i would never go to this pharmacy no personality They didn't know anything about promos. Did feel like checking for me i told them i would just go to target and they were pretty much like ok whatever. I will never go back here ill stay with cvs at target Even if i have to pay a little more.

The pharmacy was great, so this rating is not for them. I did purchase some envelopes and an eyebrow pencil today after I finished my pharmacy transaction. The lady at the register was short with me (no apparent reason) and then when I told her I wanted to enter my phone number, she acted like I was asking for the world (actually exhaling loudly). Then she said “it’s gonna ask if you want to donate” - red nose and I did - and didn’t even bother to look at me. Then she sorta threw by bagged good at me. I wonder if it is my color that was irritating her. So here I sit in the parking lot on Sunday, 23 June at 12:48 writing the store a bit bad review. It seems to be a trend. Let’s see how long it takes the store management to address the many complaints they are very much an indication of an internal issue. WAKE UP. I AM NOT DONE!!
