Esporta Fitness

This location is clearly in need of some upgrades, but I like the layout, and how things are spread out, over 3 floors. The front desk staff are always kind and courteous. The weight room is a bit hot and musty, and could be a bit bigger, but has everything you need. My biggest complaint is that people DO NOT re-rack weights. There were 6 plates on each side of the leg press! That’s just disrespectful and LAZY, and it’s never been this bad at any other gym I’ve belonged to, but this is not the fault of the gym, rather the lazy members. ~Sheena

IKEA Office

I Work there good place to work and everyone I have met has been nice and they do give chances to move up as long as you put the work in and do what you are supposed to do. However it's not a job for everyone as a customer service rep you are dealing with issues on people's orders and for some its to much. Fair pay, great benefits! ~Adam

Shoe Dept. Encore

So i places an online order and never was notified if it was ready or not. I go online to order tracking and it says it’s cancelled. So i contact customer service they say it’s due to it not being in stock. Mind you i was never notified of this and now she says my refund will take 3-5 business days. So i decide to go in store a few days later and look for that same shoe just in case or something similar. To my surprise they have it in stock. I go to ring up and just explain i ordered online and that the price should come up what i paid online. Then the manager on duty wednesday at 7:20pm (didnt catch her name) comes over and i explain again. She very abruptly says its not that we didnt have it in stock but it was never picked up. I said i never received an email it was ready and she said well they dont deal with the emails. Then says after 5 days it gets cancelled. I told her i placed the order monday so it was not over five days. She proceeds to ask me what i want to do. I said just buy these shoes and get them for the same online price. She tells the cashier to ring me up. I was very disappointed in the managers customer seevice, not even an apology and then very rude overall with this experience. The young lady ringing me up was very nice but this store could deal without that rude and condescending manager. ~Sarah

JCPenney Home Store

Always a pleasant experience when shopping here. Sales are always present. Good deals are readily available. You can do your one stop shopping here-as they have plenty of inventory of clothes, shoes, towels and other household items. The store is always clean. Employees are helpful and speak when they see you. Only critique is more lines have to be open for checkout. ~Brandon

T-Mobile

I visited a T mobile store earlier in the day and was told my phone had water damage and I could either go through insurance to have it replaced or upgrade to a new phone. I went to this location a little after. Waited a while to be seen since they were busy but I guess that was indicative of their service because Christian took the time to try and figure out what was wrong with my phone even though I didn’t want to buy anything and he wasn’t really gaining anything from helping me. Through trouble shooting and problem solving he found a working solution to my problem and my phone worked perfectly. He could have easily looked at my phone for 2 minutes and told me the same thing that the representative at the other store told me. So I really appreciated the personalized service, care, and time that was taken. They are truly professionals and experts at this location. ~Brian
