Will and Steven were exceptionally helpful!! They were SO patient and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions and take care of all the issues I had.. which were plenty!! Besides how helpful they were, they both have such a sweet and calming disposition which was greatly appreciative.

To inquire information upon a replacement phone on 2 different occasions the services providers couldn't give more time than maybe a minute before handing me a cut printout to make an insurance claim. Not friendly or polite. They don't make commission on things they don't sell so they give you no time at all

Jared doesn’t know anything about dealing with closing accounts and customer service. I spent close to an hour for him to close my family member’s account with that family member there and when it came time to talk to a representative over the phone regarding my family member’s balance, he said that customers are not able to talk to reps from the store. HOWEVER, when I called Verizon from home (twice) the reps said that they can’t open that account to address the balance issue since the family member needs to verify themselves at a Verizon store and talk to a rep FROM THE STORE. Such a RUNAROUND that it makes me drop Verizon COMPLETELY. Ugh!

I have been with Verizon for 20 Years!! I wanted to upgrade my phone because I am eligible for one. I had just come from the pool and it is literally right next door, so I decided to go to Verizon. I had my bathing suit cover on. I was denied service because I didn't have a shirt on. I was trying to give them service and they denied me. I am LIVID.

I recently stopped in the Verizon Whitemarsh Avenue store to see about getting à new screen protector for my Samsung S21, the one that was on my phone had gotten damage, but it diffently saved my phone from getting damaged.The young man who waited on me asked if I had registered the one on my phone,I couldn't remember because if I did,my daughter would have. Anyway,he couldn't find any information about if I did are didn't, since I bought my phone and accessoires ( including the screen protector) from this store location, he took his time and ordered à new one and registered it, and if I ever need a new,all I have to do is contact the Co and they will send me a new one at no cost except S/H. Also,he let me know if I had any problems putting the new one on ,all I have to do is bring it to him at the Verizon store and he would put it on for me at no cost.Now, all I had to do is pay S/H for the new,no other cost at all, à new one would have costed me around 45.00, I wish I would have remembered his name, I went there on 5/11/2022 around lunch time. Excellent customer service.

Denied service because because we were in swimming clothes fully covered bathing suit cover up: We entered 4 other businesses no one denied us service. We will be switching services. Lazy employee who needed a reason not to work. Completed disgusted.

I dropped by this store, because I had an issue with the screen protector on my phone. At first the young lady greeted me, I presented the issue and without paying attention to what I said, deferred to her Mgr. When she came back over, she being her Mgrs mouth piece suggested I go elsewhere or contact Samsung. Not long after this encounter, went to a store in Bel Air, and was immediately squared away by a confident CSR. The issue with some businesses, you're only out to hire warm bodies and not talent. The issue with that Mgr, he was a warm body that mistakenly got promoted...SMH

Visited store recently and purchased a phone to replace a broken phone on my business account. First, the sales rep (E243H on the order summary) was not interested in helping us and kept telling us to use the Verizon app. Obviously we were already there and wanted in-person service. We finally ordered a phone and was told it would be sent 2 day shipping. Fine, no problem. Except after not receiving the phone the next week I made a call to find out where it was. Turns out that the salesperson in the store never finalized the order. Still no problem if they would ship it overnight. I was told they couldn’t do that. Long, long story after much back and forth (an hour on the call) I still have no phone and have to wait even longer. My inconvenience means nothing to Verizon. So I guess I will just have to be more inconvenienced when I move my whole company account to a Verizon competitor. Verizon is too cushy with its market share and just doesn’t care about customer service anymore.
