I was totally happy with my salesperson Andrea Brown! I visited 3 mattress stores today and never got the education of what pillow best helps my neck pain ir the customer service this lady provided! She was friendly, professional and took the time to answer all our questions! She is truly an asset to your company!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I will never deal with this establishment nor ever recommend anyone to do so. My husband and I were lied to several times throughout this process. Due to “policy” the manager Andrea has herself covered and will go around and around about it. They were wrong and gave us a dirty mattress, which I have proof of, and they refused to apologize. Instead Andrea argued with me for DAYS about this situation. She raised her voice at me several times during phone call interactions and face to face. What manager does this to their customers?? When I tried to get help from another sales associate from another store Andrea “instructed” them not to help or speak to me. I feel bad for that woman trying to HELP me in this horrible situation. Absolutely terrible customer service all around. Her coworkers were understanding of my frustration and being upset, yet she REFUSED to be. At the end of this terrible experience she still charged us over $300 for delivery fees and another for restocking fees just so I could get a refund on a DIRTY mattress. The only way she’d “work” with us is if we agreed to exchange it for another one. Why would I want to give this person my business for the hell she put us through because we were delivered a dirty mattress?? Lastly, whenever I asked to speak with district manager, she REFUSED to give me their information. At one point I could hear her banging on something out of frustration during our conversation. This has been the worse customer service experience I have ever encountered. This manager should have taken accountability for the wrong doing and a dirty mattress being delivered, but she refused.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Andrea. She was amazing! She explained everything to us and was very helpful throughout the entire visit. I am glad we decided to go to Mattress Firm and buy our new mattress with the assistance of Andrea!

Our sales woman (Andrea) was amazing. When we told her our price range she was very accommodating! Andrea made us feel confident in our decision by explaining the mattress we picked out. He didn’t try to push us into a more expensive purchase, and he took his time to talk us through all the options. The customer service was incredible, and we got a great deal on a comfy mattress thanks to the sale.

John was very helpful throughout the shopping process. We tried multiple beds until we found the one best for us. They were also very clean as after we were done the manager was sanitizing each bed. We have shopped for beds else where before but Mattress Firm felt like they actually took the time to listen to what we wanted.

The staff is wonderful, the man who helped us pick out our bed listened to what we both needed. We got to test out the quality and comfort of the bed. We got everything in writing, saved a bundle. It is worth every cent to be able to get a good night sleep.
