I went back and forth for a while and she remained patient and professional. I'll happily drive to this location again to work with her for my living set replacement. Give that young lady her flowers plz!

Tia is absolutely AMAZING!!! I called the store to inquire about a few items. Without hesitation she offered to be of assistance. I explained to her that I work from home and I wouldn’t be able to come into the store. She stayed on the phone with me helping me pick out items for my home. She was so patient with me. Her customer service deserves more than five stars. She went above and beyond. I appreciate her soooo much for taking the time out to help me. She guaranteed my delivery just in time for the holiday!!! If you ever need someone reliable, patient, and has great taste please ask for Tia. I promise you won’t be disappointed! She is incredible!!!!

The inventory was amazing and reasonable with a ton of different styles and brand names. The staff was above average and not following you around to get the sale. They just greet you and let you know if you need to call for them, feel free to do so. I asked if they worked on commission, he said no. I was willing to come back when I'm ready to buy and ask for him. When I had questions I went to him and he was more than helpful. The have a website as well, with so many different stylish sets or pieces to order. I walked past this this place for years and never went into the store because I didn't need furniture. I'm am planning to move here in my future so I decided to go into the store today. I seen things I loved within the first five feet. I get paid for designing homes, decorating, and organizing for a living. I could make someone's home magazine ready form this store! I also misplaced my coach wallet and the guy really helped me look for it with no questions asked. Thank you guys it was a pleasant experience today around 3ish p.m. I will definitely be back to purchase from that location only because of kind the experience was.
