The Annapolis, MD location somehow manages to be fully staffed while other stores are struggling. The staff here is knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and friendly. And that’s every single visit. They offer a military discount too. Kudos Office Depot of Annapolis!

This store is extremely well run. The floor staff are knowledgeable and always keeping an eye out for customers who may need help. As soon as a line begins to form at the register, the cashier makes a quick radio call and others are there in seconds to open additional registers. Kudos to the management and staff of the Annapolis Office Depot.

This place has terrible customer service. If you are looking for a place where no one helps you, where they avoid you and overall expect you to do their job, then this might be the right place for you. If not, I highly recommend going elsewhere.
