I’ve been using this UPS Store for nearly seven years and they have always been very quick and friendly. There’s plenty of parking (which it and an entrance are in the back of the building). Now that it is open seven days a week it’s even more convenient. Great place for all of your shopping needs!

Way too expensive for any kind of work done!! Fax, print, email or scan…..all pricing has went up since new management. I no longer find this place useful or manageable.

Not coming here ever again! I go in for notary services and the fat guy rudely said its by appointment only. There is NO SIGN that you need an appointment for that anywhere! Go elsewhere...

Been going to this store for over 15 years. Original staff is great!! Its a busy location so there are lines at times but they get you in and out. There is a new gentleman who needs to relax!! Very aggressive and always in your conversation with other staff. I will wait for other associates before i let him help me again! To the original staff keep up the great work!! I wish i knew the young man's name i dont want him confused with other newly joined staff.

Richard at UPS Wilde Lake, MD was incredibly personable and kind. He saw me limping with my broken foot and opened the back door for me to come in, so I wouldn’t have to walk around the building to the front door. He was considerate and quick with my order. He even joked and placed me at ease with the difficulty of my order.

Best UPS Store around. A little cramped but very friendly service. They also take Post office packages and FedEx packages without an additional fee. For FedEx however, they cannot really print out a receipt so keep that in mind. They also packed a large projector for me to go to a repair center and made it very painless. Edit: Looks like they are under new management and no longer take FedEx packages anymore. The worse change is they won't give me a receipt for USPS packages either. This place definitely went downhill and is more inconvenient now.

These guys are Awesome with a capital A. I ship often and big stuff too. Even six big dining room chairs. They packed, sealed and delivered across the country with no issues. It was less costly and more efficient than hiring a mover. Amazing with a capital A

Oakley is an amazing employee at this UPS store. He is always so friendly and goes above and beyond to help customers. No matter how busy it is, Oakley always remains in a positive mood. I appreciate all of his hard work and he truly should get a raise.
