The guy with the glasses and dreads, gave me nothing but wrong parts. Even the young lady knew what she was doing. I told him that he gave me wrong parts. I didn't have an attitude or anything. He ignored me. He didn't even say have a good day or youre welcome after I said thank you.. I had to go in and out 9 times today, because ppl like him have jobs that they either don't know how to do or just don't care. And he's someone who doesn't care. He's only in it for the paycheck. Which is cool. If you ever go there, do NOT see the guy with dreads and glasses. For he does not care, nor know what he's doing. U will waste more gas, than you spend. Smdh.

Visited store last night to return a part and the bummy cashier tried to keep the part of my refund that was cash! Never visit this trashy store. I could only imagine how much theft goes on at this store.

O'Reilly's was always have been in the past my go-to store over AutoZone but this particular day I went to the store to get a part and the staff member send me down a certain row to look for my part with the shelves being locked for the part that I want any act like he didn't want to help me . So I left and went to AutoZone and got great service.

Not one of the employees at the dellwood Missouri store on West Florissant had a mask on but kicked me out for not wearing one. All employees were black American men and I feel, as a white American man i was Discriminated against as all other people of color did not have a mask on but I was not served because I didn't have one. I tried to explain i had a medical condition and they just became aggressive. My money is no good because im white and dont wear a mask?

🚨🚨Tried to do a return on a ATV battery I bought out of Bridgeton. Manger customer service at this location is horrible. Manager advised me there’s no way the battery should looked in such a condition also stated that she didn’t have enough money in the drawer to return the battery anyway but made it seem like since I didn’t get the battery from this location I had to return it to the location I bought it from. 🚨🚨BAD Customer service
