Made one attempt at an abnormal delivery time and took my package to Advanced Auto. I’m what world does that seem like good customer service. I will ship with fedex as I have never had this issue with them. Even USPS isn’t this bad.

Have always had a fantastic experience here. The agents are friendly and efficient and you get in and out quickly. To those reviewers who have whined about the Customer Center having inconvenient hours, or being “dirty” or “dingy” or in other ways not comfortable enough... Nope. It’s not cozy and cushy and carpeted, no overstuffed chairs for waiting or nice hotel-style artwork on the walls. THIS IS A REALLY BUSY UPS HUB - not just a shipping center - and if you absolutely want to make sure your package goes out same day, whether air or ground - this is 100% the place to take it.

Three wasted shipments through UPS; fist two just dropped at local post office and they don't deliver to my business. I need a water pump for a tractor it was to be delivered by June 16th at 9 PM. Had my tractor ready to work on that night and no show. At 10 PM they updated and said my pump would be delivered on the 17th of June. I came in at noon for the weather and in comes an email suddenly my water pump will be delivered on Friday the 18th. No it will not I am done with UPS they come on my property or private roads in a development I own they will be charged with criminal trespass! Janvier Ott Inc Ott mobile Home Park the roads are private and not public. End of business with UPS! There is nothing like costing me a quick $400 and that does not include my drive to the Massy dealer in Friday morning to pick up a new pump.

I only did a quick pickup, but the woman who greeted me at the desk was polite, friendly, and was able to help me right away. 5 stars from me for the customer service!

This location is terrible... Always dirty/nasty inside and out. I can’t fathom why when they’re only open for 3 hours. The CM Marisa McCarthy is very rude to customers and employees. I have personally seen her curse at several drivers as well as customers inside the building. Corporate has been notified! However, she simply smiles and says she doesn’t care.. they always believe me. That’s pathetic in so many ways and very unethical. She doesn’t deserve to be employed by UPS and in my mind she should never be in another managerial role.
