You can find some good stuff here, however the staff is not friendly. No sign saying no public restroom but suddenly none exist. SMH

Normally the clerks are very nice there's a few that you want to avoid. I had purchased several items for a craft, a couple too many, so I brought them back the clerk with very very agitated I was told buy the wrong receipt which she grabbed it out of my hand so I didn't have a chance to give her the right one. And then the clerk that was waiting on us was very perturbed also they must have been having extremely bad day I do understand how overworked they are when you work for Dollar Tree they do a lot of strenuous labor for very little pay, so do I blame the clerks..no. not one bit there was piles and piles of items that had to be stocked and two people there I think I'd be crabby too. This Dollar Tree always has everything I need and plenty of it is always clean and stocked well.

The store itself was fine. Stocked, clean, not too crowded. But the woman who checked us out was not friendly, did not smile or even make eye contact and was a bit rude when I asked her a question. Rather go to the one in Maryland Heights.... Just sayin

I went to Dollar Tree for balloons. I very politely asked the lady filling balloons if I could have 3. She told me to wait in line. After waiting in line I asked if I could get an additional one and was told I'd have to wait in line again. She couldn't have been more rude. I will take my business elsewhere.

There were NO carts in the store and a woman putting balloons up on the wall told myself and 2 other customers that if we needed carts, we'd have to go out on the parking lot and.get them. I saved the checker what her name was and she said "Shawn" and that she's a manager! WHY? That's about the worst customer service I'v ever seen!

A sign on the front door of the store states that face coverings are required for everyone. We were just in there, and saw at least five people without any kind of face covering. Several employees witnessed this, but said nothing to the people in violation of the policy. I do not feel safe going into this store if they won't enforce their own policies and local health guidelines during this pandemic.

This location is bigger than other dollar trees in downtown St. Louis.friendly staff who have passion on her job,I bought a bubble fridget which I’ve ever been to almost 10 dollar trees down couldn’t find one!I finally bought a smaller bulbs fridget here,surprisingly the cashier knew it!saying this was sold fast,how popular it is!

Absolutely awful! Went there yesterday (3/5/2020, around 4pm) and a lot of shelves were empty, boxes open with stuff to put away but no employees to be seen. A lot of shelves just plain messy. We got our things we needed and went to the registers.....to find that there was only one cashier open and a long line (with each person with a lot of stuff). The cashier, Renee, was incredibly friendly and moving as quick as she could. She tried to call for backup twice while we were in line on the intercom, and no one showed up for ages.... Finally, it seemed like another employee was going to open a new line.....but it seems like she was just clocking out on the computer because she said something to Renee then just left the building after glaring at the line. Left a huge line of people waiting and left Renee alone. Not cool.

It's Dollar Tree, it's there when you're in a pinch and broke, or need some items you're going to use once and never again. The staff at this location have always been friendly, I've been shopping here for years. It's also a fairly large Dollar Tree so there's a wide selection of goods. Only downside, the store has been a little more disorganized and dirty over the last 1-2 years.
