So i places an online order and never was notified if it was ready or not. I go online to order tracking and it says it’s cancelled. So i contact customer service they say it’s due to it not being in stock. Mind you i was never notified of this and now she says my refund will take 3-5 business days. So i decide to go in store a few days later and look for that same shoe just in case or something similar. To my surprise they have it in stock. I go to ring up and just explain i ordered online and that the price should come up what i paid online. Then the manager on duty wednesday at 7:20pm (didnt catch her name) comes over and i explain again. She very abruptly says its not that we didnt have it in stock but it was never picked up. I said i never received an email it was ready and she said well they dont deal with the emails. Then says after 5 days it gets cancelled. I told her i placed the order monday so it was not over five days. She proceeds to ask me what i want to do. I said just buy these shoes and get them for the same online price. She tells the cashier to ring me up. I was very disappointed in the managers customer seevice, not even an apology and then very rude overall with this experience. The young lady ringing me up was very nice but this store could deal without that rude and condescending manager.

Today Saturday The 15th 2022 I walk in with my 5 years son .he wanted a pair of vans shoes I checked all boxes were empty so I ask to the cashier for help since the first moment she roll her eyes and with the Gross attitude go head to help me that really make.me upset and I told her that I don't need the shoes anymore . really bad experience with customer service I don't recommend this store at all.

Hi visited the store yesterday, I was the first customer, not to say it was no one there, around 10:35 AM, sales people very unpleasant, when I ask questions about sale items the sales woman said there is no sale, but I so 2 sale items in Nikes I was looking for , I ask for help and I did not receive any help, I was going to buy a pair of shoes for my son, after approaching two different sales people, one was black female and another black male who literally refused to help me, I walked out of the store, I don’t think I will ever visit the store again I found it to be discriminated against my skin color, because 2d black male associate refused to talk to me at all, none of them even left their register desk, none said hello or how can I help you. These people represent the business, what kind of business is it? It’s bad business

Bought a pair of shoes from here and wore them for about a week and the heel started to fall off. I returned them and was told they have a no return policy because of COVID. No where in the store or on the receipt did it say this. The sales person and manger were rude. I will never return to this store.

It bothers me that a lot of their shoe boxes only contain one shoe to try on. As many times as I have purchased from them I just discovered that they have a rewards program that I could have been benefiting from.

I came in today, for the first time, for a pair of shoes. I called to make sure the shoes were still available. The customer service was great. The store was very clean and organized. It made finding the shoes I wanted very easy. Ms. Pamela was wonderful. She was ready to help me and made my experience a great one. I'll be back soon to shop for more shoes.

Even though they didn't have my size in the shoe I was looking for, the customer service assistant was exceptional. She exceeded my expectations in helping me find something else in my size, going to the back to check new shoe Croc styles several times. She said she was new; I saw she was expecting; and yet she delivered one of the best customer service experiences I have had in months since returning to indoor shopping.

I came into this store today in hopes to find some shoes for my mom, mother-in-law, and my two aunts for Mother’s Day. After going to 4 other stores in the mall, I finally found some perfect sandals for all 4 of these beautiful woman in their size and for a good price. The sign that was clearly posted in front of the shoe that was displayed $14.98. My husband and I said, “Oh wow, that’s a good price, they are perfect shoes for their age, and they have all of their sizes”. My husband and I also picked up a pair of slides for ourselves, I wanted to treat myself to a birthday gift. As we were standing in the aisle picking out the correct size shoes, an associate came from the back and came in the same aisle as us and began or pretended to fix some shoes. My husband and I finish picking out what we wanted and proceeded to the register to check out. Now, I noticed when I picked up the boxes they were marked with two different price tags. The second price tag was priced for $16.98, so I wanted to be sure that they were going to ring up for the price that was advised, $14.98. The woman began checking us out, when she rung the shoes up they came up as $16.98. I told the cashier that the sign says $14.98, she sends another associate over to check the sign, which is clear as day, took so long that the cashier yelled for her to just bring her the sign, it was only 3 aisles over, 🤦🏾‍♀️. The cashier reads the sign and says, “I think someone had mixed the shoes up and put them in the wrong place”. I said, “Ummm, ok that’s not my fault”. She said, “So I can’t give it to you for that price. So in my head I’m thinking, ma’am you not giving me anything, your correcting y’all mistake. I said to the woman, “well another customer or whoever has your display put back wrong, isn’t my problem. I came into this store in hopes to find shoes for other people, found some that I liked, based on what you have advised, and you have several associates that are out on the sales floor that should be fixing those issues . We were never greeted nor asked did we need any help, had we had that then I could have asked the sales associate while I was still standing there looking. I refuse to go back and fourth about $2. Being that I had 4 pairs of shoes it would had only been $8 that she’s was fixing, but she refused to fix the issue and also made us very uncomfortable because after a while we felt like she was accusing us of switching shoes. She asked me if I still wanted to purchase the shoes, initially we were still going to purchase all the shoes, after all, it was only $8, but after the customer service that were received, we decided to not get any of the shoes. Will never shop here at this location again.

Easygoing, friendly customer service. Great space to try on different types of shoes. They have a awesome selection of new, and clearance shoes. I prefer low cut and high mid soles but sometimes I buy their dress shoes. Mainly, I get bigger discounts on shoes such as Nike, Addidas, and New Balance plus their respective accesories. If you need a certian color of dress shoe or work shoe they even have certain specific brands and everything can be matched to your outfit of choice.
