Always a pleasant experience when shopping here. Sales are always present. Good deals are readily available. You can do your one stop shopping here-as they have plenty of inventory of clothes, shoes, towels and other household items. The store is always clean. Employees are helpful and speak when they see you. Only critique is more lines have to be open for checkout.

Used to love penny's when it was in Abingdon. Long story short. Understaffed, staff that is there is terribly rude. I was purchasing a magic bullet. The only one left had been opened. The box slipped and the blade fell out and sliced my hand. Blood every where. I asked for a manager and they supplied me with a paper towel and bandaid. Literally blood was dripping. That's all that was offered. Unreal.

I can honestly say JC Penny has changed for the better. I had stopped shopping here before the pandemic because I never could find fashions that appealed to me. They must have new buyers because the fashion are great & the prices are affordable. I love dresses & they have some of the best that I 've seen in a long time.

Went looking for maxi dresses. Online had a few cute ones at the right price. Decided to go to the store cause I need to try on due to my shape. The fashion made me think, this is old lady stuff. But wait, I'm old and I don't want to wear this.

I was extremely disappointed in the Big And Tall men's selection of button down dress shirts. I used to by all of my shirts there. Now it looks like a sporting goods store. Sweat pants, hoodies, t shirts galore. The selection of nice dress shirts used to be very good. I am very disappointed.

The sales ladies were helpful. I bought my nephew a coat last minute. They had his size in stock. He was very happy and warm. Thank you for being there in time of need . I also bought four pairs of gloves . Have a bless day . JCPENNEY you hired the right people .

I have returned to this store twice since my prior review. Both times I have had incredible shopping experiences with 2 JCP staff members who could not do enough in helping me find what I needed. I was looking for Patriotic items for my friend as a gift. With the help of Rebecca and Santos, my friend was very happy being outfitted from head to toe in red, white and blue. Thank You both and JCP too 🙏
