I visited a T mobile store earlier in the day and was told my phone had water damage and I could either go through insurance to have it replaced or upgrade to a new phone. I went to this location a little after. Waited a while to be seen since they were busy but I guess that was indicative of their service because Christian took the time to try and figure out what was wrong with my phone even though I didn’t want to buy anything and he wasn’t really gaining anything from helping me. Through trouble shooting and problem solving he found a working solution to my problem and my phone worked perfectly. He could have easily looked at my phone for 2 minutes and told me the same thing that the representative at the other store told me. So I really appreciated the personalized service, care, and time that was taken. They are truly professionals and experts at this location.

1st time at all his location. Very disappointed will not revisit. 2 men at counter when I walked thru the door one of the men immediately walked towards me with s/m pride socks. I asked is there a larger size. Response NO. Apparently, neither person happy about Tuesday giveaways. Customer service skills need improvement. Needless to say, when anyone walks they the door 1st question should be; how May u assist you. Or, can I help you. And, the socks are for an adult male……Not s/m. Come on t mobile. You all need to do better. Be better.😡🤬😤

I was helped by Brandon, Kelvin, and Raven. They were all super friendly, great customer service! This was the best experience I've had getting a phone with any company! After purchasing my phone they sat with me to make sure everything was set up.

I tried this location in the past and was disappointed under sprint this time I thought they have changed and went there in 05/10/2022 around 13:00 hours.I was told by this Indian lady who work there that I wasn’t the kind of person they assist there. I asked why she started to scratch my iPhone with her long nails I was with my two kids and had no words to say. then she pushed my phone across the counter and told me to call 1800 T-Mobile for help. I think this store is only meant for certain races not all races are welcome here.

I have to say it was much more pleasant than the experience, I had on greenmount ave although we were rushed and had to go back the next day because the manager decided that he was ready to go.

Sean was AWESOME. Best experience I’ve ever had with getting a new phone. 10/10 customer service. 5 stars. This man deserves an award. He made our experience so easy, I forgot I was in a phone store and probably could’ve talked with the staff for hours 😂 This place is incredible. You all have a customer for liiifee 🤙🏻

Hey I would just like to say this location is so Awesome!!! Nice customer service. I wanted to purchase an iPhone at this location unfortunately they didn’t have the phone I wanted with less money down. I was a little disappointed but Ryan and Jake went beyond to able to help. Well Jake was able to call another store and was able to pickup the iPhone for me because I really didn’t want to go to the mall with the pandemic going on. I was so pleased!! I was so impressed he picked up the phone for me bless his heart. That’s what you call excellent customer service!!! Ryan as well great customer service got me in and out set up my phone very well Greatest customer service ever!! Keep up the good work!! Please visit this location!!!
