I Work there good place to work and everyone I have met has been nice and they do give chances to move up as long as you put the work in and do what you are supposed to do. However it's not a job for everyone as a customer service rep you are dealing with issues on people's orders and for some its to much. Fair pay, great benefits!

Terrible delivery service! We purchased a couch online with an estimated delivery date of Monday. On the emailed receipt it stated that we will be contacted with an official delivery date and time one day before which was perfect because we needed to reschedule the delivery date due to our work schedules. We ended up trying to call the store ourself after not receiving a call by 4pm on Sunday and the line was busy every time we called. The one time it wasn’t busy it said that they were receiving a high volume of calls and immediately hung up on us. We finally got a hold of a number that led us to an actual person and we were told that we should receive a confirmed delivery phone call before 9pm that night and when we get the call we could reschedule it with them. Well around 9 we received an AUTOMATED call so we were still unable to change the delivery date. We called the lady back and she said she couldn’t change delivery dates we would have to contact the store we purchased it from. The only issue is the store hasn’t answered or return our call in days. We live hours away from the store so we can’t just show up to ask them a question nor can we pick the couch up because our car is too small. The whole thing has been super inconvenient and troublesome. Monday comes around and we’re are both at work and unable to answer the phone when ikea calls to tell us our delivery is outside, well no one is home and my apartment complex will not accept something so large. When we get to our phones we respond and call back with no answer. At this point we’ve spent $700+ and still do not have our product and STILL cannot get a hold of anyone who can help us schedule an appropriate delivery. This is so ridiculous at this point I either need to talk to cooperate or get my money back because having spent that amount of money and not have any communication on where or when my product will be delivered feels like robbery.
