Went inside because my child desperately wanted to go inside for the experience. --Sticky Floors --Trash Cans Overflowing --NONE of the 3 Hand Sanitizer stations were working, luckily I had some in my purse

The staff is okay. Could be friendlier. The food is always fresh, never have to return it. The staff gets orders correct every time. Normally using the drive-thru, it can get really crowded, but they move fast.

The food was good but the wait in the night drive thru was way too long (30 minutes). Apparently McDonald's doesn't care about the long line of customers who continue to wait at night because of the limited number of options. It really bothers me when they don't care.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is the worst McDonalds ever. The employees, to include the manager, are disrespectful and lazy. You will always wait forever in the drive thru, the employees treat you like you don't matter and your order will be incorrect and cold. They need to fire the whole staff and start fresh.

Of all the McDonalds I’ve been to this is by first the worst customer experience I’ve had. Waited over 20 minuets for a mobile order for curbside pick up for the order to be wrong. And the Staff all had poor Customer relations and did not care about customer satisfaction. One girl even threatened me with physical harm when I was talking to the manager. Now considering every McDonalds can not get a mobile order correct and the experience from this McDonalds I am not inclined to to give anymore business to McDonalds.

The worst. Cannot get a simple order correct and make you wait forever for your drinks so the food they do give you is good and cold. Avoid.

Today I went through the drive ordered my food it was Fast it was Fresh to my knowledge....... until I took a bite looked down a realized a bug ! Yes you read right A BUG!!! I’m literally blown away at this I’m sickened! And confused on how something like this could even happen !
