This pertains to the Mall Circle, Waldorf MD location. My appt was at 9 am, it took over 2.5 hrs to get new tires with balance. To top it off, the alignment machine was out of order. Additionally, the tire pressures were way off, none were consistent pressures. How challenging is it to get the correct pressure on all tires? And I know for a fact it doesn't take almost 2.5 hrs to balance and put on new tires. I won't be returning to this location, I need competent people to work on my vehicle. The Waldorf store on Crain Hwy was very competent, knowledgeable and friendly. I'll go back to that store only. ~network5

Bought 2 front tires from here less than a month ago, now there’s a softball sized bubble in my front right. Never hit any curbs or caused damage to either tires. Called the shop to ask them to replace it since the tire is literally brand new - has less than 2,000 miles on it and still has the extra rubber from when they inserted it onto my car. They said they can’t replace it since I didn’t purchase their membership program, yet NOTHING was said nor mentioned about this membership. You’d think after spending $300 at least something would’ve been said about getting them insured in case of situations like this happening. ~Kara

She provided service to polish, tune, and restring my uncle's Squier guitar. I ran errands nearby and she notified me within 30 minutes for pickup. Recently visited for service. The mechanic took his time and replaced a broken regulator in my driver side door panel. As he approached to correct the entire job so my window will roll up and down correctly without a specific touch, the Owner Mauricio intercepted. So my car window still have the same existing issue it had when I came for repair of the entire issue not just for the part to be replaced. The owner Mauricio didn't even have the audacity to satisfy me as the customer by offering to accommodate me in any form or fashion. The mechanic did. On top of it my driver side door and key lock system is having technical difficulties after my visit here. As I called the Better Business Bureau I noticed this business is not Accredited and now I see why! Lesson learned! Customer gone! ~Talia
