9 Best auto repair shop in Waldorf, Maryland (MD) 2024

This pertains to the Mall Circle, Waldorf MD location. My appt was at 9 am, it took over 2.5 hrs to get new tires with balance. To top it off, the alignment machine was out of order. Additionally, the tire pressures were way off, none were consistent pressures. How challenging is it to get the correct pressure on all tires? And I know for a fact it doesn't take almost 2.5 hrs to balance and put on new tires. I won't be returning to this location, I need competent people to work on my vehicle. The Waldorf store on Crain Hwy was very competent, knowledgeable and friendly. I'll go back to that store only. ~network5

Bought 2 front tires from here less than a month ago, now there’s a softball sized bubble in my front right. Never hit any curbs or caused damage to either tires. Called the shop to ask them to replace it since the tire is literally brand new - has less than 2,000 miles on it and still has the extra rubber from when they inserted it onto my car. They said they can’t replace it since I didn’t purchase their membership program, yet NOTHING was said nor mentioned about this membership. You’d think after spending $300 at least something would’ve been said about getting them insured in case of situations like this happening. ~Kara

I was referred to this place by my neighbor and I am glad I tried them out! I needed a mechanic in Waldorf that was close to my home since I move from Hyattsville. These guys did a fabulous job and we're very timely in their work. Very proficient and did a great inspection and they were able to get me in and out in one day. In comparison to what I would have had to pay the Cadillac dealership, I was ecstatic over the total for all of the services performed. They did great work and it did not take too much time and they are very competitive and price. I definitely have won a long-term customer! After researching mechanics on the Waldorf southern Maryland area, Coleman's stood out the most because 1) it was open on Saturday 2) the strong positive reviews. After getting service done on my car Rusty is super knowledgeable, super friendly and amazing sweet. Not only did he fixed my car he let me try it before final payment.
