The staff at Waldorf Toyota was amazing from the salesman to the finance office. Brian was patient and found me the perfect car for my daughter. He stayed in contact with me for months to find a car that fit my needs. “Cousin” Kadija was a master seller and made me want all the packages. Richard in finance was swift and very personable. He worked to ensure the packages that were important to me fit within my budget. I’ve purchased many vehicles and this was hands down the smoothest purchase yet.

Heather Mitchell, Lane Manager was outstanding since this was my first time coming to Waldorf Toyota for my 4runner. Heather walk me through all the services that my 4runner needed and she ensured that all was completed. Since I had been going to Passport no more will I be taking my business there. Passport not good at all. Heather Mitchell, I was be asking for her each time I bring my 2012 4runner in for services. Very very good service for me.

I had the pleasure of working with Anthony Donahue to find my new car. This was not my first car purchase, but this is a different market with limited inventory across the country. I was lucky and they had a similar vehicle on the lot that I was able to test drive. Anthony was very knowledgeable about the features on the vehicle and on the other trim lines. I knew the options I wanted and I wasn’t pressure into more vehicle or features. We looked at the incoming vehicles to find the perfect one for me. It was a bit of a wait, but Anthony was very proactive and kept me updated on the vehicle’s status. Buying a car is not my favorite activity, but I would not hesitate to recommend Anthony or purchase another vehicle from him in the future.

Great dealer. Best I’ve ever worked with. Struggled mightily to find a V6 Avalon locally to me in Pennsylvania. Found one at Waldorf and had a great experience with Andrew ironing out a deal over the phone. Great service, good finance department, and quick in and out for delivery. Very nice folks to work with and fair deal all around. Worth the drive for sure.
