Had a wonderful experience, my advisor Joycelyn Proctor was very accommodating and informative. Any additional services that were needed was communicated before the work was done. She walked me through the online portion was selecting was services I was willing to get done at the moment. She also communicated when things were running behind schedule and she was willing to stay later to allow me to retrieve my vehicle on the day it was promised. Look, we’re a needy family and we were desperate for a car on a tight budge. Please do yourself a favor, walk into Sheehy Nissan and ask for Calvin Dukes. He will deal with your unruly demands. He will call other dealerships he’s connected with and find you what your looking for in your price range. That man will do what it takes to get the job done and aggravate everyone he can to get you what you want. Thanks again Calvin and sorry for the hassle! See ya again with the wheels on the new Honda fall off! Edit: for all the negative reviews left in the last few months, please remember we’re in a pandemic. Worker are hard to find, new/used car prices are threw the roof, car inventory is low and there are unexpected delays with any dealership you walk into. Don’t blame this on the dealership or cars salesman, have realistic expectations because your probably dealing with the same issues at your own job.

I just wanted to say I really appreciate Mark, Mack, and Kamari. All of which played a role in me getting a new SUV. I have always been a Nissan Altima fan. But Mark introduced me to the Rogue sport. I can honestly say They we’re HONEST up front. They didn’t low ball me on the trade in like Passport Nissan. They didn’t haggle the price of the car neither. They was very fair with the price.
