Bought 2 front tires from here less than a month ago, now there’s a softball sized bubble in my front right. Never hit any curbs or caused damage to either tires. Called the shop to ask them to replace it since the tire is literally brand new - has less than 2,000 miles on it and still has the extra rubber from when they inserted it onto my car. They said they can’t replace it since I didn’t purchase their membership program, yet NOTHING was said nor mentioned about this membership. You’d think after spending $300 at least something would’ve been said about getting them insured in case of situations like this happening.

There is a nice waiting room with a tv, decent bathroom and wifi. The tire service was excellent & the price was good!

Great Customer Service, Very Professional, and Same Day Service without an Appointment. The Manager (Joe), the Assistant Manager (Brian), and their automotive technicians are very knowledgable, courteous, and professional, which makes this Mr. Tire location on 301 the best automotive shop within a 40 mile radius period. Their pricing is very competitive and fair. Do yourself a favor and make this Mr. Tire your start stop/call when you need work done on your brakes, mufflers & exhaust services, shocks & struts, tune-ups, wheel alignment, and battery & Electrical services.

Shop went above and beyond with assisting me in installing new rims. As a newbie, the manager was patient and walked me through what I needed. He also did a great job communicating so I knew where my vehicle was in the process.

I walked to Mr. tire Today at 3:30 pm. The front desk person was in the bay behind the class and clearly saw me walk in. I stood at the front desk for about 5 minutes without so much as good afternoon, I’ll be with you shortly. I finally called the store phone number and the same front desk person answered from the phone in the bay. You can answer the phone but can’t assist the person at your counter? I asked if I could get some help. He hung up the phone and came to the counter. I told him I had a nail in my tire. He told me the wait was 2 hrs because he had customers in front of me. I was the only person in the waiting area. He could have taken my vehicle and made the repair. This is very poor customer service. Don’t ignore customers. We pay your salary. This individual definitely needs better training. I wish I could give zero stars!!!

Joe gave me incredible customer service. He was very professional and gave me a lot of knowledge and insight about my vehicle. The shop was neat, clean, and organized. I recommend this shop to everyone. Again, best service ever!

I received fast and friendly service. They payed attention to detail. Every one was willing to go above and beyond to make sure was comfortable. They are very knowable when it comes to there trait. I would recommend this place because they get right on the first try. The best part is they don't hassle you and can make sure you stay on budget. I thank you all !

My experience was great. Every shop I’ve been to prior was not welcoming or tried to take advantage and make their money. This shop was completely different, they were very quick and kind to me. Joe was great from start to finish he even deducted the price twice!! This is my go to shop now!
