They left oily fingerprints in my car. They entered the wrong mileage on CaxFax for my vehicle - about 80k more than what's showing on the odometer. Overall, very bad experience. I won't be returning there ever again.

This pertains to the Mall Circle, Waldorf MD location. My appt was at 9 am, it took over 2.5 hrs to get new tires with balance. To top it off, the alignment machine was out of order. Additionally, the tire pressures were way off, none were consistent pressures. How challenging is it to get the correct pressure on all tires? And I know for a fact it doesn't take almost 2.5 hrs to balance and put on new tires. I won't be returning to this location, I need competent people to work on my vehicle. The Waldorf store on Crain Hwy was very competent, knowledgeable and friendly. I'll go back to that store only.

Third attempt to post. Used to love going here,; that all ended. Went in for tires leak repair; shld be free as I bot tires there, lifetime free repair. From the moment I walked in the attitude was "how can I tell this woman NO." First he couldn't SEE the leak, then he couldn't FEEL it. When I put my finger on the nail and said it's right there, he called out a service guy to check. I think we were working up to if it's not leaking don't mess with it. I cut that off by saying it lost 3 lbs overnight. Then we moved I side and he told me price. No question about if I bought tires there. I volunteered this. He looked online, couldn't find pur hase. When I pointed out one previous "no charge" tire repair he said it doesn't show WHT. Asked if I brought in purchase ticket would they refund later. Then Mgr starts as I'm waiting. Says she'll call corporate. They also say no record. Finally called my husband to search and bring down tire bill. Which he did. These people still didn't understand it wasn't that they couldn't find the purchase. It was their approach and attitude throughout. No effort to suggest I might be right. Just to prove I was wrong. Which I wasn't, cause hey I dug out the receipt. Will never go back. They were awful. In the end the manager said "sorry" (the clerk never did, just smirked throughout). But she didn't understand what they needed to be sorry for.

I wish there was an option for no stars!!!! I left this place with a bigger problem then what I had taken my car in for. I was charged for a simple fix of a flat tire but, this turned into thousands of dollars worth of other troubles. When I kindly returned to the store to voice the concern, I was told to take it somewhere else to have them fix the issue that Mr Tire on Cady Drive understandably created. Very personable, horrible service. I will never return or recommend.

I want to shout out Flo. Her customer service is excellent. She communicated with me from the time my truck arrived at the shop (towed) until they were finished repairing my tire. She’s very friendly. I recommend going to this location and if Flo is able to assist you, you won’t be disappointed. Keep up the good customer service Flo. Thank you.

I went to Mr. Tire at the Mall Circle and they had great customer service. I was amazed at how they gave great quality and care for my vehicle. Thank you!… I appreciate Mr. Ayo, Ms. Flow and Mr. Shayne for being so professional and helpful. I recommend anybody who wants great service to come to this store.

The Mr. Tire in White Plains, MD lost their entire staff due to what I can only assume was a Corporate fiasco. I went to the Waldorf location and was greeted warmly. Although they had two techs, I received a call to apprise me of the work to be done. They had all of the parts and promised to have the work completed that day. True to their word my vehicle was ready and runs smoothly. I am very pleased with their work.
