The woman running the place is very rude to women. I asked for a horn fuse and gave have her all my car info. She told me to go look at the number on my car after ignoring me for twenty mins while she waited on the men that got there after me. The next day she looked up the part number on the computer for my boyfriend no questions asked. With an auto zone right up the street, you would think they would want your business and treat people with respect. If you are female, don't bother. They lost three frequent customers that day. My guy, his friend, and a man that witnessed her behavior while waiting for his turn. I prefer to shop at local shops but do yourself a favor and go to auto zone.

Paid for a transfer service and received title in the mail that wasn't complete. Shari was rude and her excuse was she didn't know why she didn't do it right. Why pay for someone who didn't do their job right? Let alone not sympathetic or try to make up for what she didn't do. Stay away!

Very unprofessional when you walk into the Napa store and smell marijuana while they have little kids running around unattended. Also the smell of alcohol comes from the old lady that does notaries and that could be why she can’t do her job.

store very clean and well organized...very friendly employees; ridiculous notary fees though. spent $142 to transfer a trailer title and complete ATVr affidavit. They didn't even mail the ATV paperwork for me....I have to do that. $67 state fees; $25 notary fee, $25 clerical fee; $5 photocopies (really???); $5 postage; $15 ATV fee. printed a couple forms off of the computer for the ATV...I could have done this at home for nothing. Maybe elderly people or busy folks can pay those crazy fees. Next time I'll drive the 30 min to Harrisburg...could have saved $75.
