Really rude and ignorant person whoever answered the phone on 7/25/22 around 8:30am...she should be fired. Tried to get a stray help was constantly interrupted me with a rude attitude before i could say much. Grilled me and acted like i was a piece of trash on her shoe. if i had other animals and another place to take the animal. and rudely was told well they are booked for weeks take the cat to the er... i didn't even time to tell her much or that we tried to get the cat to the ER VET over the weekend but they were so booked they couldn't take any more animals. Obviously customer service or caring about animals is not this ladies priority im sure why she even works in a vet clinic. Little did this lady know i already had care credit established for over 1k so they lost business.

I've been a customer of the Todd's for longer than I can remember. They have always taken wonderful care of my animals in the best of times and the worst. I cannot recommend them enough!

The employees there are very nice..... I had one of my cat's there to get fixed and they took really good care of her and today I took the other one there to get fixed on 4-5-22

When I needed to find a vet when visiting my parents, Elizabethville Veterinary was fantastic about seeing me quickly. They quickly helped with a hematoma my dog had on her ear from allergies and scratching. When my cat needed to be put to sleep, they accepted us the same day. They have always helped out on short notice when needed.

They did everything my puppy needed. I had an appointment for one test, and she needed additional stuff that the doctor did.

Our dog Duke passed away and this was his vet and they were very helpful in the last days 😢

Very great vet. They are all caring and knowledgeable of the animals. They do follow up calls to check on your pet. Very loving people.

My two female cats were neutered last week. They spent 3 days, the first to settle in and have thier bloodwork etc done in preparation for their surgeries the next day, after which they stayed an additional day to make sure all was good before they came home. I know my kitties were in good hands and it was worth it to me to pay extra (as opposed to a drop off- pickup 4 hours later clinic) for my babies. Thanks

The staff really took care of my puppies. You can tell they all love animals. Animals are afraid of any vet but here they understand and try to make your animal comfortable. Check them out, they are good for your pet!!
