The staff at Middlesex Veterinary Hospital are extremely kind and helpful. I've been to a few different vets over the years with different pets, and Dr. Rebecca here is by far my favorite. She's so nice and helpful! She explains everything and patiently answers all my questions. She also very encouraging when issues have arose with my dog, and helped me find solutions that worked for both my dog and me. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality vet. 👍👍 Two thumbs up from me!

Very kind compassionate and professional. They made a sad situation humane for my pet, and allowed us time when he was relaxed to lay his head on my shoulder and snore. It was a peaceful loving moment in a heartbreaking day. Thank you.

I have used House Call Vets for the past 4 years and would not go to anyone else. It is a half hour from my home but worth the drive. All of the vets and supporting staff are amazing and take the time to communicate and explain any issues/options. I had started with their mobile service for two old English Bulldogs since it was difficult to transport my dogs to the office. Through my pets’ last years, House Call Vets was there for me and helped me to give the dogs quality of life. Dr. Kevin, Dr. Claire and the vet tech Susan, were very patient with my one bulldog when he became very difficult to exam/treat. Now I have a French bulldog and travel to their office. They have been very accommodating when emergency situations arrive and are so compassionate to my pet (and me). I would highly recommend them.

I would give them a million stars if I could. My previous vet, although nice, made every thing about my dog feel like worst case scenario. I was losing sleep worrying about if I was doing the right thing for my dog. One visit to this office and I’m at ease. Every staff member I have had the pleasure of dealing with has been over the top friendly and welcoming. Very fairly priced and easy to get to. They even have a nice big yard to walk your dog while you wait for your appointment. You should take your pets here!!

I have used them for over 20 years. The kindest most caring staff and doctors. They have stayed late more than once with one of my dogs who was very ill and even treated him outside on a beautiful day as his health was failing. They never order unnecessary testing but always try to be conservative. I would not trust anyone else with my dogs. I have received calls late in the evening to check on me and my dogs, having had two dogs that were very ill those phone calls were so appreciated. The care is outstanding. They really care about the animals they treat and their humans, it is not just a business to them.

**SEE UPDATE BELOW** They might be good, if you can get in there. I called for a new patient appointment only to have someone bark back at me " I don't have any time for new patients this week!" Wow, maybe you could be a little nicer about it. I didn't even ask for this week, I simply asked about a new patient appointment. Won't be trying to use their services any time in the near future. **UPDATE** I would like to update my review based on the communication with Dr. Catt after my initial post. She was kind and offered to help me even though she was overwhelmed and dealing with her own personal loss. I unfortunately had to let my cat go recently but would consider trying Dr. Catt in the future and would recommend others to give them a try.

I just took my Beagle/Shihtzu mix for a growth on his leg. Due to Covid, I was not permitted to enter the office with my dog. This made me slightly apprehensive HOWEVER, I cannot praise them enough! They took such great care of him and called several times during the exam to go over what they were doing. Absolutely phenomenal!!! Snoopy even seemed to enjoy it too 🙂 Highly recommend them for any pet care needs!
