'Above & Beyond' I recently purchased a Land Rover Discovery from National Auto of Waldorf, and had a wonderful experience! The car was a great price, they beat CarMax offer on my trade, and although there were a few 'hiccups' along the way, the car was delivered in showroom condition with a bow! My salesperson was Debra, who is professional, smart, thoughtful, detail oriented and friendly. The car had a small issue, which an outside dealership couldn't figure out so Debra insisted that the car be taken to a Land Rover dealership, and they got to the root of the problem, and fixed the issue. It is easy to give a business a high rating when things go smoothly, and a poor rating when things don't go as well. However, I think the true 'character' of a business and salesperson, is revealed when you see how they respond to unforeseen issues that delay services and delivery. I expected my car to be ready a few days after the test drive, but due to unforeseen mechanical issues, delivery was delayed. I was not happy, but Debra always kept me updated, didn't cut any corners, and I received my car in great condition with a bow and a generous gift (50 inch flat screen TV)! Also, Debra called my a couple of days after delivery, to see how I was enjoying my car, and I must say 'I LOVE it!' Debra and the dealership went 'above & beyond' my expectations, and when I'm in need of a new car, she'll be my first call!

I have been dealing with this place for over three weeks now I decided to go in and purchase a car on Saturday my daughter test drove the car after the sales person told her it was in her price range she got approved by a lender, but they decided that the sales person gave her the wrong amounts for the car instead of honoring the price that they gave: they was rude and obnoxious to me , this place has a lack of integrity they said that they the markup price was $1000 more I said I will pay the thousand dollars out of my pocket, the finance person says no it was $10,000 more this place have no integrity and they are very dishonest be careful. Not to mention my husband bought a versa there and the transmission gave out the car only has 60,000 miles and the transmission fluid was full but we had to go to the Better Business Bureau to get this issue address.

I really enjoyed my first time car buying experience. I went in thinking I wasn’t going to get a car due to my credit/ history. But I came out winning And with a brand new beautiful Barbie girl Cruze just for me. Best birthday present that I got this year and I gifted it to myself. With the help of Robert the manager, KHASEM who is a excellent first time sales person by the way. They both really took care of me and my dad who also ended up trading in and coming back home with something beautiful as well. (Purchased 7.22.22) This may have been the fastest car sale transaction ever! I already had a vehicle in mind and test drove it on a Thursday night. Once I decided I wanted the vehicle, I let my sales associate Khaseam know Friday morning, and we started the process. It took me about 10 minutes to complete the application and send my required documents. By the time I arrived after work, all I had to do was sign the agreements (about 20 minutes), and I was off to a birthday party in my new vehicle. The price was fair and the interest rate for the monthly car note payment was reasonable. Khaseam and the finance team ensured they matched me with a bank that offered the lowest interest rate. All of the team members we encountered throughout the process (though short lol) were very pleasant and welcoming. This was a great experience! I already referred a few family members!

Wow, where do I begin. I left Carmax and stumbled upon this dealership by accident and was very glad I did. Lenny, the salesman was awesome. Can I say he was really helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up buying a truck for my nephew and was very pleased with the deal. Lenny was very personable and friendly. His manager was also amazing. I plan on going back to purchase a vehicle for myself. They definitely represent the dealership very well. I am still impressed with them.
