Left my car there for inspection. They told me they can fix the gas door for the inspection . Two day didn’t get update so I called them and asked what was the status of my car. They told me they were still looking for the part for the gas door. A week goes by and then I call them again. they told tell me that that can do any service on the vehicle because they don’t do any of that there. They had my car for whole week and you just now tell me that. Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Both Mr.Bill and Ms.Valerie were extremely helpful and friendly in welcoming me and providing exceptional expertise. Mr.Bill helped me jump my car and pointed out a problem with my battery. I dropped my car off Tuesday at 4 PM PM nobody call to give me an update with yesterday within 24 hours of my car being there. There. I had to call twice the next day in order for them to tell me that my car has not been put on the lift to be checked out because they have no lifts available. I am an essential worker that would have been prevent information information before I brought my car there I would have never took in my car there if they did not have space to see my car . Now I have to pick it up tomorrow and take it somewhere else . This is the only auto shop in Southern Maryland that has not or has told me if they have time to look at my car other auto shops have said they did not have a lyft open for 2 or 3 days and they could not see my car.. This shop just wants your money be careful going here go to amico transmissions instead

Called to schedule a MD state inspection. I was able to bring my car in right away. I received top notch service from the inspector on duty, Steve Hsieh. He was very prompt getting to my car, there was one car ahead of mine. He was very pleasant and professional. The service he provided me made my experience quick and hassle free. I will certainly use Cottmans for other services in the future. Great customer service!!

I called for a same day inspection and the staff was amazing over the phone. When I arrived, I received excellent service and a comfortable place to sit, as well as TV and coffee. The inspection went extremely well and had an excellent price tag to boot. As a new MD resident, Cottman of Waldorf made an already difficult day just a little bit easier. I HIGHLY recommend!
