Over the years I have safely trusted Cox to do any work I needed for myself and my kids. If they didn't have a mechanic who was available or they knew someone else in town who was a specialist on a particular vehicle they referred me to the best. Stand up guys.

I was referred to this place by my neighbor and I am glad I tried them out! I needed a mechanic in Waldorf that was close to my home since I move from Hyattsville. These guys did a fabulous job and we're very timely in their work. Very proficient and did a great inspection and they were able to get me in and out in one day. In comparison to what I would have had to pay the Cadillac dealership, I was ecstatic over the total for all of the services performed. They did great work and it did not take too much time and they are very competitive and price. I definitely have won a long-term customer! I highly recommend this automotive repair company for all of your vehicle needs!

I took my daughter's VW Beetle to Cox for an error indicating the car was running lean. I normally do all my own work because I'm not very trusting of mechsnics. I could not find a vacuum leak myself, and I was out of options. The code just wouldnt go away. The Cox Team was very professional in getting me back on track. Their cost was economical, and the staff was very friendly and explained their approach. I have regained a trust in mechanics... at least the Team at Cox. Respectfully, PC

Actually 0 stars is appropriate but not an option. I called this shop 12/20/2018 at 9a.m. looking for an estimate on a alternator and battery. I wanted to know before I had my vehicle towed there. It's now the next day and I never received a call back. After calling back was left on hold.

We used their after hours drop off service to take care of a break issue we knew we had. My husband insisted on checking off half a dozen boxes for various services to be done. They called me the next morning just to make sure we wanted to have all of those services, because the total could add up quickly. I really appreciate that they did that! They fixed our brake problem, recommended another problem be taken care of (thought said it wasn't urgent- that we could probably wait 8-10K miles more). Overall really satifsifed! I hope we don't have to see them again too soon! But we'll be back when we need to. :)

While I love to work on my own cars as i don't trust mechanics, when I don't have time or it needs a lift, I take all of my vehicles to Cox. The mechanics are great, Steve is great and they all treat you with honesty. If you don't need it, they won't sell it to you. A+ guys!

Everyone at Cox is friendly, helpful & well educated on cars! I took my 2004 Mustang to Cox for repairs after having a horrible experience with Ourisman Ford. David was very patient, explained everything so I could understand & they even let me see underneath my car, showing me all the issues I have/could have with my car. They even ordered a new set of wheel locks as mine were stolen & they called me to let me know when they arrived. I came back, the locks were replaced & I was on my way. I will certainly make this the new service home for my car! Thank you David, Steve, & others!
