5 Best convenience store in Waldorf, Maryland (MD) 2024

Recently visited for service. The mechanic took his time and replaced a broken regulator in my driver side door panel. As he approached to correct the entire job so my window will roll up and down correctly without a specific touch, the Owner Mauricio intercepted. So my car window still have the same existing issue it had when I came for repair of the entire issue not just for the part to be replaced. The owner Mauricio didn't even have the audacity to satisfy me as the customer by offering to accommodate me in any form or fashion. The mechanic did. On top of it my driver side door and key lock system is having technical difficulties after my visit here. As I called the Better Business Bureau I noticed this business is not Accredited and now I see why! Lesson learned! Customer gone! ~Talia

Friendly cashier. Only problem I have is that several fountain drinks were not working. They were the same two that were out last week, and still not repaired. I told one associates there and he went into the back area which is right near the soda/Big Gulp area. He said that those flavors are working, but when I tried them all you got was seltzer. Another man went back there, did what ever they do, and still the same. He came out, tried and he also just got seltzer. Made me feel like I was not tell them the truth. ~Dolores

Horrible customer service. Was called a slave by the cashier. I bought something and also had a lottery ticket to cash in and he tells me to go to the back of the other line and I asked him why you can just help me right here. It’s sad that people hold these jobs and don’t even know how to deal with the public. As much money as I used to spend there to be treated like that and discriminated against. I will never shop there again. Totally out of line. ~og

Used to be a good pharmacy. Now the staff is condescending and completely uncaring. They do not care if you run out of medication between refills. I even told them that I have seizures if I miss doses. They absolutely refuse to refill on the 30th day - so that you don't have to wait all day the next day for medication. Even though pharmacies have a 3 day cursory window before the 30th day to refill. Has always been done in the past. But ever since my spouse was prescribed an antiviral for COVID, they stopped being tolerable. They fought tooth and nail not to fill it until we got insurance and the Johns Hopkins doctor to push. Sometimes this store refuses to fill even basic meds. I called to refill something due the next day. One tech put me on hold to, "...read the notes in my file..." Her words. After she came back on the phone, she said that the refill of anti-seizure meds would take 3 - 5 days...that would be 3 - 5 days WITHOUT meds. Blackmail, blackballing, petty ignorance, whatever you want to call it - that is the name of the game at this store. ~David

Certain workers and managers are completely rude. Kept rushing me to hurry up and pay, even when there were no one behind me. Cashier talked to me like I was stupid. There is another 7/11 up the street... I could have easily went up there, at least they nicer and have respect for their customers. ~Angela
